In my opinion this has to be the worst casino I've ever been too . The security guards that look like gang members with tattoos never greet you or smile when you enter the casino. Sometimes the security guards will follow you around and sometimes in the bathroom because they have nothing else to do. The security guards treat everybody as suspects.The buffet is only available on Friday's and Saturday's only. The buffet price is a "RIP OFF" and there is no lunch buffet as well. The bar now charges 13.26 for a draft beer. Simply put there is no reason to come here anymore. I won't be surprised if this casino closes down in a few years.

The Asian theme buffet was horrible. I asked waitress if the food was made in house she assured it was. I find it hard to believe they would serve the food they did. Small dried out chicken cutlet balls. Dried out ribs with no taste. Actually the food looked like it came from M&Ms. The salad and pizza were very good.

Staying at the hotel next door. Maybe the buffet is better than the restaurant. It's only on weekends so I wouldn't know. Slow service is an understatement. The menu is comparable to a truck stop. Still decent food but slow. Ordered a drink with dinner. Ordered a 2nd with desert. Finished it before desert arrived. Couldn't get another. Other comments mention the short bartender. I agree she needs to find another profession. Rude and slow. Heard the waitress say they still need my drink. The response "I know" and moved on to arranging coffee cups. Won't be back 2 stars because the hot beef was decent They also add 2% if paying by credit card. Took the bill and came back with a new one. It was only $1 more but still outrageous. I travel a lot for work and this is the first time I've heard of this. 15 years of averaging 4 months/ year on the road and this is the 2nd time I've not left a tip at a restaurant.

There’s a small restaurant in the casino and my wife and i enjoyed it very much. Haven’t received service like that in a long time, the waitress was super attentive and I told her how great it was to have her take care of us. Very refreshing and I wish we lived closer but glad to know there’s a nice little place in Peterborough 👍

Good and service in the restaurant was as always amazing, but the eat and play, great if customer service isn’t on break when time to load your card, absolutely shocking there is no relief for them, if you are running offers and it involves customer service, then there should be more than one person who can assist

I used to love going to this casino but unfortunately, as is the case with most things in life, greed has taken over and it is no longer a place for a fun night out. The payout lines keep being modified to pay less and unlike before when it was possible to win large jackpots on minimum bets, now only people playing seriously high bets have any chance of winning. Do the owners really think people are that stupid that they don't notice the changes? I hear it from almost everyone I speak to. I guess they feel because so many are seriously addicted they can't stay away. But I can tell you, a lot are fed up and won't be back. And that includes me!

Plenty of parking and easy to get too. It’s big and bright and brand new. Only a few table games and 99% slots. If you are looking for a casino experience don’t go here. It’s the same govt regulated bs that prioritizes profit over fun. Front entrance security were kind and pleasant the bar staff are slow and not interested about being courteous and sat down at a nearby restaurant table most of the time.

The floor staff try, and are nice. The bar staff is disgustingly rude. The 4’3 bartender isn’t good at her job nor is she pleasant even after you tip 20%. She is egregiously rude and neglectful ignoring customers for 2 minutes until you attempt to get her attention…Furthermore, the security staff is not trained properly or equipped to handle stressful situations and need to have their licenses reassessed.

Very happily surprised 😊 We went on Dec 6, 2025, primarily for the Prime Rib Buffet and a night out, expecting to pay 14.99 for the buffet. We discovered the buffet was actually 34.99 as we also played before we ate. (Our mistake, special price is at Belleville, Mohawk, or Great Blue Heron) The Prime Rib was fantastic, the best I've had even from al a carte restraunts at 58.00 a plate!! Very tender and flavorful!! The balance of the buffet was very good especially for the size of the venue. The only minor negative was the Ah Jus, it was more of a gravy from a mix.. everything else was good to great! The server was fantastic!! Very personable and attentive. She deffinetly made us feel welcomed and more than comfortable!! She needs to be commended for a fantastic job (We did!!) We will deffinetly be back again!! P.S. the price is deffinetly worth it, even without the huge discount at the other three locations mentioned above.

*Beware of the Blackjack tables* They don't deal from a shoe here, they have an automated card dispenser. It malfunctioned while I was playing and they had to open it in front of everyone. You can clearly see the green laser thats scanning every card before it gets dealt. A couple elderly ladies came to sit down and play on the table and asked why there was no shoe and the pit boss said it was to save time shuffling and keep the game moving. How can this be true when Rama has no problem using live decks/shoe?? The ladies realized its a bogus game and left. If you want real Blackjack go to Rama, if you'd like to play and have fun and accept guaranteed loses then this place is still fun. Staff is usually friendly and helpful I just wish they didn't use the automated system here because the flow of cards always seems extremely rigged. Nothing I said here can be disputed by the casino. Go there and see for yourself.
