The hotel waited until check in to tell us all the cool air handling systems were off. Its 28 degrees in our room and they have zero solution or offers in place to apologize for the conditions. If they had disclosed this at any point during the booking or in the months since, we would have stayed elsewhere. I have exhausted little kids that cant sleep because of the temperature and we're sitting neext to a window that's 2 inches tall trying to feel cool air.

Fallsview casino has gone down the drain. Played machines for several hours not one waitress to offer a drink. Had to go up to the bar to get myself a pepsi as i was dehydrating. Machines even playing max bet pay nothing. Just give you a little back to keep playing and giving it all away. They use the Avalon to funnel people into the casino. Machines are so tight its rediculous. Several $5 bonuses that paid less than $50. Never seen anyone in my 3 plus hours win anything substantial. How about you install a drink station so people can self serve themselves if you refuse to staff the place.? Place is full of OLDER machines and very few of NEW machines. Its turned grubby and dumpy to me. No desire to return.

We came down to casino only. The casino has grown and can be fun! Certainly you should know your limit. The minimums have gone up so if you are losing it will be expensive. The complex has a theatre. We were attracted by tickets to a Simon &Garfunkel show. It was excellent. Loved hearing the old tunes. Parking is an issue. The casino has a high rise parking facility. The cost can be $40 or $50. Food is, as you might expect a tad bit more expensive. Tim Hortons, burger king an Italian restaurant. There are other restaurants off the premises. For us it was a good experience. We played a bit, watched the show and then ended the visit with dinner at Betty's. Overall, it made the day enjoyable!

While the casino itself was nice. The slots were not loose at all. Location connecting to the hilton and olg stage was pretty convenient with the passage way between them. I will say that 2 of the dinning experiences we had was disappointing. Lucky s we got a "smash burger" to share. The least smashed burger I've ever seen. No crispy edges, No cheese,no condiments/sauce. The Diablo shrimp was odd. 4 individually bacon wrapped shrimps with tails were coated in bbq sauce then sat on top of a tortilla chip floating in a sea of guacamole and other sauces . If you dipped the burger in that concoction it made up for naked burger. It was just weird. Later that night we went to the noodle bar. Yikes. We ordered spring rolls, Cantonese fried noodles and pork spare ribs. The rolls came quickly but the ribs came super quick. These dishes are definitely large enough to share. The ribs came in a large bowl . 1st bite.the Favor was there but the ribs had turned to jerky. It was difficult to chew. The waitress came and noticed how over done the ribs were and switched them out for the wontons. Our noodles came out . Giant bowl with globs of noodle topped with shrimp, pork, beef, onions ,peppers, mushrooms but drounding in a sauce that I can only describe as hot flavorless snot. It was thick and clear. The after taste was of gas fire, not burned but the taste of a gas fire pit. But the dumplings. Those broke me. 1 bite was spice heat then the flavor of a hot diaper. I couldn't do it. Spit it out and buried the remaining wonton under the bowl of meat snot and gave up on trying any more to eat any of this. Our waitress knew we weren't enjoying any of this. But it wasnt her fault. We tipped her well and declined a to go box. Just super weird food experience last night. Casino food is generally top-notch. Not at this one . Sadly

Was great location, especially to come enjoy a concert at OLG like we did. Also had fantastic service from the parking attendants to bellhop to check in and beyond. Sadly the room was outdated and in need of some repair, wouldn't cool off no matter how low we turned the thermostat nor how high the fan. The bathroom was literally falling apart and my mattress was rather old and indented. To no fault of the hotel, Mother nature didn't play nice with the view.....got a couple glimpses, could be beautiful I'm sure.

The hotel room was clean and the bed so comfortable. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. The elevators get busy with all the families visiting so their might be a little wait time durning the day. Perfect for the old niagra attractions, very conveniently located. Everything around is walking distance.

Had a great time with friends. Dinner at the Keg, delicious! Darren Hancock band at splash bar, always entertaining... A win on the slot machine. My first ever! All without having to go outside in the cold!

Ive been here a few times over the years and never thought to review but recently i needed to borrow a wheelchair for an event at the olg venue and this casino was very helpful. I called a few times prior with a hundred questions and I was greeted with the kindest staff members. Day of the show, it was easy obtaining the wheelchair and returning it without charge. Thank you to the staff who were so helpful and kind

Just a fantastic all in one resort. The prices aren't over inflated like other casinos, I enjoyed it. Some rooms really need some updates, but they are still good rooms with everything you will need. Food on site, games on site, entertainment on site. Bars, cafes, shops... It's all here. In the heart of it so everything is nearby as well, and of course, shell out for a room with a view. It's well worth it
