Gentlemen's Poker Club Constanța, situated on the first level of City Park Mall at Blvd. Alexandru Lapusneanu 116C, is a dedicated poker venue serving the Black Sea port city of Constanța. The club focuses exclusively on poker, offering a range of tournaments and cash games for players of various skill levels. Amenities include a comfortable playing environment with professional-grade tables and equipment, as well as a bar and lounge area for relaxation between hands. The club's location within a major shopping mall provides convenient access to dining, parking, and entertainment options.
The visiting experience at Gentlemen's Poker Club is defined by its focus on the game. Operations typically follow a schedule of daily tournaments and cash game sessions, though hours may vary. Players should check the club's current status before visiting, as the venue is temporarily closed due to regulatory developments. The setting inside City Park Mall offers a modern and secure environment, with the club occupying a dedicated space away from the mall's main thoroughfares. Security and responsible gaming protocols are in place to ensure a fair and safe experience.
In the broader context of Constanța's gambling scene, Gentlemen's Poker Club was a prominent venue for poker enthusiasts in a city that has historically hosted several casinos and gambling halls. Romania has a complex gambling landscape, with land-based casinos concentrated in major cities and tourist areas. However, a 2026 government ordinance introduced new restrictions on land-based gambling, leading to the temporary closure of many venues, including this poker club. For accurate updates, players are encouraged to consult local resources.
Gentlemen's Poker Club Constanța remains a notable part of the city's poker culture, even during its temporary hiatus. The club's rating of 4.1 out of 5 stars from 450 reviews reflects its popularity and the quality of its offerings. When operational, it serves as a key destination for both local players and tourists seeking a dedicated poker experience in Constanța. Future re-evaluation of the ordinance may impact the club's status, but its legacy within the local gambling community endures.
