The Platinum Casino Poker Room sits at Calea Victoriei 63-81 in central Bucharest, operating as a dedicated poker club with 24-hour access every day of the week. Its main offering is regular cash games running around the clock, providing continuous action for poker enthusiasts. The venue is part of the broader Platinum Casino brand, known in Romania for its gambling services. Players can expect a focused poker environment rather than a full casino floor, with various stakes available to suit different bankrolls.
The setting is practical and straightforward: a poker room in a prime city center location, open non-stop for those who want to play at any hour. With a Google rating of 3.4 out of 5 from 493 reviews, the venue has a mixed reception, but it remains a known spot for live poker in Bucharest. Visitors should note that the room likely offers basic amenities common to such clubs, though specific details like food or beverage service are not provided.
In the context of Bucharest's gambling scene, Platinum Casino Poker Room has been a consistent presence for poker players. However, an important consideration is Romania's emergency gambling ordinance slated for 2026, which may impose restrictions or even closures on gambling venues. This adds uncertainty to the long-term availability of the poker room. Before planning a visit, it is wise to check the official website at www.platinumcasino.ro or contact the venue directly to confirm its current operating status.
Overall, the Platinum Casino Poker Room offers a convenient, round-the-clock poker option in central Bucharest. Its 24/7 schedule and cash game focus make it a go-to for local players, though potential regulatory changes and mixed reviews mean visitors should stay informed. For those seeking poker action in Romania's capital, it remains a notable stop, provided it remains open under evolving gambling laws.
