Don’t go here for gaming 1. They will change the dealer after we win few hands in black jack or roulette 2. If you increase the bet in roulette they scream like bet was increased 3. Dealers were extremely rude and unprofessional. Avoid unless you want loose your hard earned money

I had a fantastic night out here with some girlfriends! Brooke at reception and the manager Nikki warmly welcomed us and swiftly processed our registration. The casino is really lovely inside, and the staff were great. A big thank you to Justin and Ben at the bar, and our fabulous dealers, Gio, Joe, Tom and Rex! Such a brilliant night, we’ll be back!

I have been a longstanding Grosvenor customer and, for the avoidance of doubt, I only play poker. I am not a high-rolling casino customer, and I was therefore unimpressed to be asked for intrusive personal financial information in order to continue using what, for me, is simply a leisure venue. I understand that regulated businesses have compliance obligations. What I do not accept is the apparent normalisation of demanding highly personal financial information from ordinary, longstanding customers engaging in a routine leisure activity. In my case, it felt excessive, disproportionate and entirely lacking in judgment. There is a clear difference between sensible identity or compliance checks and expecting someone to open up their private finances for a game of poker. That line was crossed here. The result was that, instead of feeling valued as a loyal customer, I felt treated with suspicion and contempt. I declined to provide the information and chose not to continue. Others may make their own choice, but I will not support a business that treats longstanding poker customers this way. Prospective customers should be aware that they may be expected to hand over deeply personal financial information simply to continue a leisure activity.

Always a warm welcome from the friendliest casino in the UK. The newly refurbished look creates the perfect gambling environment. Great for a night out in Brighton with friends. Good selection of food & drink, and plenty of varied gambling options with new updated slots and tables. Highly recommend a visit.

The new refurbishment is lovely, such an improvement. Some of the staff are really nice. I do not understand a few things. There is a new menu, and I’ve eaten two things - the halloumi burger is halloumi fries in a bun? And no fries, but tator tots? This is what toddlers eat. For £13 it’s a weird and bad meal. I previously ate the nachos and it’s the worst version possible, odd artificial cheese squirted on and some cheap salsa mix. This stuff isn’t hard - why spend millions making it look lovely and serve food that no one would think is good. It’s so bad. The old menu was weird and the new menu looks great, but the food is very poor. The downstairs slots room is too warm. Like uncomfortably warm especially on the back slots wall.

Amazing dining experience, the food was delicious, and we were seated next to the huge windows looking out over the beach. Special mention to Alex the bar person who really liked after us, and Alessandro the manager who made it all possible.

Thank you so much for the incredible roast today! We can honestly say it was the best roast we’ve had in a long time. The staff were so friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be returning to dine again. We also had a great time playing games and taking part in the slot tournament it made the experience even more fun. All in all, a fantastic day out!
