I was a regular customer at this casino for several months and spent a lot of money here. I consistently lost and never had any real wins. When jackpots were close to hitting, I was not allowed to play certain machines. Staff told me to wait in line or said the machines were reserved. Because of this, I spoke directly with the manager. I explained that I was denied access exactly when a jackpot was close. The manager told me that “these are the rules.” I have never seen such rules in any other casino. Loyal customers are denied a fair chance at the most important moment. This is unfair, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I do not recommend this casino.👎👎👎

I spent months coming to this casino weekend after weekend, and the experience was nothing short of a scam. Regular customers are used to pour money into the machines, slowly building up the jackpots, while getting nothing in return. The moment a jackpot is close to hitting, organized “professional” jackpot hunters suddenly take over the machines, making it impossible for normal players to participate. This is not coincidence — it is clearly how this place operates. Even worse, the staff actively enforces this system. If you try to play, you are told to wait in line or that the machines are reserved for certain people. Being told to “stand in line” in a casino is absurd and unacceptable. This casino shows zero transparency, zero fairness, and zero respect for loyal customers. The entire setup feels predatory and dishonest. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated as a source of easy money.

We recently hosted an evening at Grosvenor Casinos Bayswater for the first time, and it made an excellent impression. From the moment we arrived, the team were warm, professional and effortlessly attentive - that rare sweet spot where nothing is missed but nothing feels overmanaged. The service throughout the night was faultless and genuinely friendly. The newly renovated VIP room looks great. Modern, comfortable and well considered, it provided the perfect setting for great conversation, good energy and gaming at the tables - whether you are a seasoned player or someone still quietly negotiating with Lady Luck. Food and drinks were spot on - generous, well presented and exactly what you want alongside a night of cards, roulette and good company. While this was our first visit to the Bayswater venue, we frequent a number of the Grosvenor Casinos London locations, and Bayswater now firmly earns its place. Highly recommended.

omgosh what a fun place! we got to town really late and the casino was a block away from our hotel. we had a great burger and drinks and enjoyed the atmosphere. thank you Lewis for being a lovely host!
