So, I was at the arcade on December 9th, 2025. I called ahead to confirm it was for ages 18 and up, which thankfully it is. We (myself and two colleagues) were greeted very warmly, and the hot chocolate brought to our seats was delicious 😋. Everything was explained very clearly, and the atmosphere was great and tidy. As mentioned before, the staff was very friendly. I just want to mention Mary and the branch manager in passing; they were very nice, and I especially want to highlight Mary, as she exceeded all expectations for a friendly employee. The pool table was cool too 👍🏽

I'm a regular guest at the Merkur arcade and am always impressed by the pleasant atmosphere and high level of service. From the moment you enter the branch, you feel welcome. This is primarily due to the extremely friendly and attentive team. The employees are not only competent and helpful, but also always strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Questions are answered professionally and patiently, and you immediately notice that customer satisfaction is our top priority. I would particularly like to highlight the branch manager, whose commitment and leadership skills positively shape the entire atmosphere of the arcade. With her open, friendly manner, she always has an open ear for guests and her team; she's a true leader who is there for both her employees and her guests. Her professional approach, coupled with a warm demeanor, makes all the difference and ensures that you, as a guest, feel well looked after. Cleanliness, security, and a pleasant ambiance complete the picture. You can see that a lot of passion and a sense of responsibility go into the work here. I always enjoy going to the Merkur arcade; everything is just right here! The entire team, especially the Tob employees, are always friendly, attentive, and create a great atmosphere. You always feel welcome and well looked after. A very special compliment goes to the branch manager; she's simply fantastic! You can immediately tell that she leads her team with heart and dedication. She always listens to guests, ensures cleanliness, order, and a pleasant environment. Her dedication and positive attitude make every visit a truly relaxing experience. The arcade is always well-maintained, the machines are modern, and the service is simply top-notch. Customer friendliness is a top priority here, and you can tell everyone is passionate about what they do. I have tried several SPIELHALLE and this one is the best for sure. It's the cheapest by far, the staff are very friendly. No loud noises,. everything is so clean and tidy. It's really spacious also. we went as a big group and they gave us some gifts💙 thank you so much.
