Don't go there. You get a receipt when you win and you have to leave, and they take your money back even though I want to play with it again the next day. They told me that's not possible; there are new rules. If I'm not there by 6:30 am, they take it. It's better not to go there. Sandra didn't have that problem; she could continue playing with MY MONEY the next day.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I'm very satisfied; the staff are friendly and it's one of the cleanest arcades in Cologne. All I can think of is that people are venting their frustration because they can't stand losing.

I don't understand the negative reviews other than that these people lost their money and are angry because of it. I tested the hall and the toilets were clean and smelled good. The hall was very nice and clean. Sure, there was some dirt here and there, but that was on the doors and windows, which were touched every day. The hall consisted of several areas separated by glass fronts and doors, so it was inevitable. The staff were always friendly and yes, the scanner sometimes didn't accept ID cards because they were worn out or damaged. So, go there and see for yourself, and there were plenty of winnings to be had. Have fun there.

Zero stars I can't give it one less star, unfortunately, so it's for the parking lot. Aside from the fact that the hall is really filthy, drinks are served in unwashed glasses, and the staff aren't just unfriendly, they're downright rude. Go to Merkur or Admiral and see how they treat people. Regards
