So, I was at the arcade on December 9th, 2025. I called ahead to confirm it was for ages 18 and up, which thankfully it is. We (myself and two colleagues) were greeted very warmly, and the hot chocolate brought to our seats was delicious 😋. Everything was explained very clearly, and the atmosphere was great and tidy. As mentioned before, the staff was very friendly. I just want to mention Mary and the branch manager in passing; they were very nice, and I especially want to highlight Mary, as she exceeded all expectations for a friendly employee. The pool table was cool too 👍🏽

I have tried several SPIELHALLE and this one is the best for sure. It's the cheapest by far, the staff are very friendly. No loud noises,. everything is so clean and tidy. It's really spacious also. we went as a big group and they gave us some gifts💙 thank you so much.
