50 spins from the blackjack machine, 19 Blackjack counts for the machine. It's always a pleasure to play against algorithms that are supposed to be random; a mathematician will explain to you in simple terms that it's about as likely as encountering a meteorite. I won't be back, run away!!!

Very bad experience. A misleading experience; management advertises services but doesn't deliver: 1- The menu lists drinks that aren't available to order… supposedly they don't have them tonight… four nights in a row!!! 2- There was a change error when leaving the blackjack table… the manager insisted there was no mistake and offered to show proof… I asked to see the proof, and he changed his mind and told me he wouldn't show it 🙄. This establishment lacks professionalism in every respect.

Very bad experience. The receptionist was very unpleasant, which already puts you off coming. Then, when I presented my ID card on the France Identité website, they told me it wasn't official. Firstly, France Identité is the most reliable website. Secondly, France Identité works in every store in France except yours—it's a complete joke. In short, if I could give it zero stars, I would. The Cherbourg casino thinks it's Las Vegas; get real.

We arrived at around 20:30 (we had not had a drop to drink)The security guard went out of his way to make us feel awkward absolutely no people skills same goes for the pit bosses their reaction to us trying to buy a pint initially (security guard was sitting at the bar with his friend blocking access to the bar ordering point and no barman/barmaid at the counter)then was pretty much told that we could not have our beers at the blackjack table as no side stools available to keep your drinks by your side (advised to leave our drinks at the bar quite a distance from the tables) and you absolutely cannot keep your drinks on the tables which is understandable and the general rule in casinos but it was just the way they dealt with it rude, unprofessional and downright obnoxious. The casino itself looks something straight out of the 70's in dire need of refurbishment (you would not think that when seeing the exterior of the building as there is a lovely restaurant attached to the casino) The lady on reception who greeted us was lovely but besides this pretty poor. Blackjack tables dreadful did not play any other game as this was the reason we visited here there is also roulette and a loads of slot machines. Spent two more nights in Cherbourg after this visit but steering well clear of this establishment.

Very strange experience for a casino, partially as it is being refurbished so is only half the size and very snug but also because it only tends to have the regulars in there that all seem to know each other. Friendly staff that seem to have good banta.
