☆☆☆☆ Accepted roulette bets voided AFTER the result – serious regulatory concern I placed multiple roulette bets totalling just under £20, including a split (50/50) bet involving number 34 and 3-1 column bets that, according to the table layout, legitimately include number 34. The bets were placed correctly, accepted by the dealer, and the wheel was spun. Only after 34 landed was I told the column bets were “not valid” and my chips were returned. That is not how a properly regulated UK casino should operate. Under UK gambling regulation and the standards enforced by the UK Gambling Commission, it is the operator’s responsibility to reject invalid bets before play continues. Once a bet is accepted and allowed to run, voiding it after the outcome is known is fundamentally unfair and raises serious questions about compliance, dealer training, and internal controls. Customers cannot be expected to override a dealer or guess which accepted bets might later be voided. This practice potentially deprived me of several hundred pounds in legitimate winnings and completely undermines trust in the integrity of the game. I have requested a written explanation, the exact rule relied upon, and the casino’s ADR details. Until this is properly addressed, I would strongly caution others against playing roulette here.

shame of an establishment. pretty sure every member of staff has been trained differently, one let an account be made using an irish age card as a form of id (highly reliable and very trusted form of id) then we went in today to celebrate my friends birthday and her account had been fully suspended because her id is apparently to easy to be faked - the very id they let her make the account with in the first place and has used plenty of times before. put a very abrupt and unfortunate end to our night due to miscommunication between staff. what makes an irish id easier to be faked than any other nationality??? FREE MO CHARA

awful customer service. had an account and had been before but they randomly “suspended” it because I am Irish and did not have a British drivers licence on me

Come here quite regularly. Nicely hidden under the madness of broad Street. Nice relaxed atmosphere with very polite staff They have my favourite beer (Staropramen) on tap too.
