We visit this casino about 4 times a year and stay overnight at the adjoining hotel. This latest visit to casino and the new High Line Bar was a let down. 2 times now we have had their cocktail order around 7pm of 2 for the special offer price and it was great. A drink for wife off the menu with a different one for myself off the same menu and paid the money and good to go. Not this time. I asked to make sure that the drinks I wanted to order came from the same menu at the specific price point. So ordered the wife one drink and myself the Zombie which is soo strong that 1 is enough. Bartender started to pour my drink into 2 shakers. The other bartender started to pour my wife’s order into 2 shakers I asked him to stop and asked why 2. He said I can only order 2 drinks at the price point as long as it’s the SAME drink . Nothing was said about this from the bartenders as I ordered so I said no we have been before and had 2 different drinks at the price point. My wife could not drink a Zombie. He told me to turn around to a sign a walk away from the bar showing the cocktail offer and at the very bottom in the smallest writing it stated that I can only order 2 drinks the same. Shows the offer in massive words yet the gimme in small words at the bottom. WHY. The drinks are from the same menu. Same bar. Same bartenders. Yet last visits we got 2 different drinks from same menu so 1 each . Now The bartenders would not budge on this saying it’s 2 drinks the same so I walked out leaving the half made drinks. Sorry but it’s your loss as we will not be back soon. Just to add there were only 2 other customers in the High Line Bar around 7 pm. So surely anyone coming into this empty bar is a bonus. Seems not unless you know every rule and regulations to drink there. Be warned

Love the staff here But Third time ordering from the restaurant and it’s been disappointing every single time. The fish and chips were badly burnt , the batter was dark, bitter, and clearly overcooked. The fish inside was dry and not enjoyable at all. It’s frustrating because fish and chips should be simple to get right, but this place keeps missing the mark. After three poor experiences, I won’t be using the restaurant again. That’s it , I’ve given this place three chances and I’m done.

What can I say — it’s a casino at the end of the day. This is one of the better Genting venues, mainly because I can book a hotel room upstairs, which makes it feel like more of an experience. Most casinos near me require a 40+ minute drive and paid parking, so being able to relax, have a drink, and not rush is a big plus. It’s also located within Resorts World, so you’ve got plenty of eateries, shops, and a cinema nearby. The casino itself is very spacious, with the most slots and tables that I’ve seen outside London, yet it doesn’t feel cramped. There’s a dedicated sports bar with lots of screens showing live sport which seems quite unique and cool. The food and drink options looked good, though I didn’t try the food. The Highline Bar turns into more of a nightclub in the evening; it offers food, but it feels more suited to quick bites as it is just a empty hall with a bar in one corner. One issue: the air conditioning struggled when busy — even slim people were sweating at peak times. On Fridays and Saturdays the music is extremely loud and can be heard throughout the casino. It makes it hard to talk or think at the tables, which isn’t ideal given that table games are the real revenue drivers, not just drunk 20-year-olds dancing. Dealers and other players shared the same view. The music went on till 3am and when the music stopped I could still hear my ears ringing at the slot machines. I didn’t try the food, but drinks are fairly priced. With a hotel discount you get 15% off, and members get 10% off drinks. The selection is good, and you can get free draught Pepsi Max while gaming, which is a nice touch. Staff were excellent across the board. The cash desk resolved an app deposit issue quickly. Bar staff were friendly and attentive, though sometimes clearly understaffed. Security and reception were welcoming and offered to take my coat. Slot hosts regularly checked in, and dealers were friendly and easy to chat with, which helps when the tables aren’t going your way. Now the gambling side. I understand casinos need to make money, but in recent years it feels like constant changes make it harder for players to win which I know is the aim of the casinos but I have seen and heard of many casinos closing due to these factors driving customers away. Especially in the times we are in where going to the casino is a luxury and for some people may be a once every few month treat. There’s a good range of table games — mainly roulette, blackjack, three-card poker, and stud poker — though it can get very busy and it can take time to get a seat. Three Card Poker uses automatic shufflers, with dealers also shuffling each hand. Strong hands felt extremely rare. One night I hit a straight on my second hand, then nothing above a pair for 63 hands before another straight. It was so unusual the dealer had the boss change and reshuffle the cards early — something I’d never seen. The table was so poor it was empty for most of the night. Blackjack uses continuous shuffle machines, which makes it dull. When you finally get a strong hand with splits or doubles, the dealer often pulls 21. I now prefer playing online where I can sit at a £3 hand-shuffled table; I bet more than £3, but it’s the principle. If they can offer hand-shuffled games online with seven seats, why not in-casino? Baccarat is available only on electronic terminals, even though you can see a live dealer dealing in the distance. It would be much better to have a physical table. There’s a wide range of slots, including my favourite Diamond Spins machines, which are becoming rarer. Ironically, slots feel fairer than tables these days. Grosvenor venues seem to offer better RTP in my experience. You can win big here, but bonuses and Diamond Spins features feel very rare. Overall, it’s a nice casino with a good atmosphere, and I’ll return. But it’s difficult to give a glowing review of a place that ultimately always takes more than it gives.

Relates to the 18th Feb. I was the person who went over on their ankle and ended up breaking my leg in three places. Staff response was superb and all of the patience/assistance was greatly appreciated. If that could be fed back to the two people involved, that would be great. Beer/gambling is very good too!

The Fact this establishment is still playing songs from the likes of Nicki Minaj and songs of an early 2000’s Sexual Nature is appalling! How am I meant to focus on blowing my weekly wage with such dribble playing!!! It’s Distracting me and making me think about the Epstein Files and Trump. Change your music!!! It will help people focus on spending more money. NOT A GOOD LOOK!!! And you call yourself a Resort World Casino!!!! Have some decorum and dignity!!!

BE CAREFUL.manager disgustingly unlocked the door on 2 girls using the toilet after being told multiple times SHE IS UNDRESSED! Security then proceeded to escort us out for us going to the toilet together( needed support with the back of jumpsuit) then aggressively pushed one girl with full force out the door for no reason and grabbed the hair and slapped the other girl around the face”because you have a mouth on you” SICK security guards who use their force on 2 young girls instead of the men we was with. Do not recommend, not a safe place to be.

“I had a fantastic experience at this casino! The atmosphere is lively but still comfortable, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and professional. The tables and machines are well-maintained, and everything feels clean and organized. I especially appreciated how helpful the dealers were in explaining the games to newcomers. Great drinks, great service, and an overall exciting time — can’t wait to come back!”
