I didn't know this casino was run by Poles; otherwise, I would never have gone there. I'm from Croatia and often went to the casino in St. Gallen with my friend. We each had 100 francs to spend and had a lot of fun. Today, I was surprised when he suddenly appeared in front of me. He introduced himself as the manager and said he was banning me. I think his name was Ryszard Pilat. He was very rude and arrogant. If there's a form to fill out, it should be explained. He shouldn't have acted so arrogantly and told me to ban him! I repeat: I didn't know Poles were in charge; otherwise, I would never have come here! Mr. H.

The staff was super kind, warm, and very welcoming. I really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and how lovely everyone was. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant encounter in the garage. Another customer, who was parking his Mercedes, aggressively shouted at me to open my car door carefully to avoid scratching his vehicle. Of course, I always take care not to damage any other car, so this reaction felt unnecessary and inappropriate. He then drove out of the garage in a very reckless manner. Aside from that incident, my overall experience with the staff was very positive.

Very nice entrance to the Swiss Casino at the Radisson Blu in St. Gallen. What is a bit disturbing and disappointing are all the guests in shorts, jogging shoes and some even in sandals and flip flops. Not the atmosphere and flair what I expect from a Casino. Majority you find electronic machines, no classic slot machines and only 3 green tables. Pity

If you’re a big fan of trees, especially Sequoias then I highly suggest you visit this place. Otherwise, it’s a casino. If you enjoy giving your money away. I mean if you really enjoy giving your money away then this is the place to do it. It’s nice, it’s clean and the people at the entrance are super kind. I do wish there were more affordable options to play cards because I’m really not a gambler, however, I enjoy playing cards with a good dealer. 5ch Black Jack is reasonable 10chf is getting into gambler territory.
