They operate or have contracts with ATMs that confiscate bank cards. Customers receive no assistance. The card was blocked due to fears of a tampered ATM. Not recommended.

Very disappointing and, in my opinion, misleading user guidance. I started a game through a promotion that clearly stated: "Play 10 rounds and receive free spins." I clicked the "Play Now" button to go directly into the game, expecting to be part of this promotion. Instead, a stake of CHF 5 was immediately deducted upon starting the game – without any clear indication within the game itself that I was playing with real money and that no free spins were yet active. The relevant information was only visible outside the game in the bonus description, but not in the actual game launch or interface. For me as a user, this lack of transparency easily leads to misunderstandings. Support was friendly but referred entirely to the terms and conditions and showed no leniency. Conclusion: The presentation of promotions and free spins is not clearly separated from the actual game stake. I recommend other users be especially careful and manually check the stake before each game start.

This place has a lot of cool promotions. I was here on chinese new year and they had a lot of asian theme stuff like karaoke, muy thai, chinese instruments and chinese dragon show. They also had a lot of cool food samples in their lounge like xiao long bao and boba teas to try out

Go there so many times i have to say this casino it’s seems Not fair with the Players, we went to the table game Play Blackjack, after the dealer put the member card on the machine we keep constantly lose 3 times in a row , how is it possible the dealer get 21 three times in a row even we got very good cards at 19, 20? Crazy …. Plus on the slot machine no matter how much you top up money to your “member card” you will never win the Jackpot! Seems it’s been calculated and tracking how much you can win. I been to casino in other countries it never went like this. Sad sad

Swiss Casino Zürich was an interesting experience. The place is quite strict with rules and has a very quiet atmosphere, which feels a bit intense at first. I definitely lost my money fast, but that’s part of the game! Overall, a classy and well-run spot if you enjoy a serious casino vibe.

My experience in this Casino couldn't be worse. They charged 10 CHF for entrance of each person, which is insane. I have been in many Casions around the world, but this is the very first time that I saw a Casino charges for entrance to the main court! Lost money as expected, but I hung around about an hour checking on people's win. Same story, I couldn't see any significant wins despite people betting heavily, which is also unusual. You would expect to see some major wins when you check on people's bet if you hang around few mins. Worst experience in a Casino!
