I'm giving this restaurant 2 stars. We were there this week, but things have changed because I've always been satisfied before. However, there's very little choice on the menu: two meat dishes (beef fillet for 45 euros with nothing else on the plate) or two fish dishes, and three dessert choices. There were no side dishes, and only a tiny bowl of rice or fries. They used to have a daily specials menu, but that's no longer available. Having a "black card" means drinks can no longer be deducted from the bill... in short, I was disappointed with this experience. I hope this review is helpful.

Extremely disappointed and deeply shocked by the reception we received on April 9, 2026, at 9:05 PM. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant, but we were turned away by a security guard (a man in his fifties, bald and tattooed) whose behavior was simply unacceptable. Here are the facts: • Complete lack of politeness: Not even a "good evening." • Judging by appearances: A quick glance at our (admittedly appropriate) attire that clearly revealed disturbing prejudices about our origins. • Unfounded excuses: We were refused entry under the pretext of not having ID for the restaurant, even though we had our Casino card and are regular customers. To be treated this way in 2026 is shameful and disgusting. This kind of discriminatory behavior has no place in an establishment of this caliber. You have just lost loyal customers (Spa, Casino, and Restaurant) because we will no longer spend a single penny with you. A complaint is being seriously considered. I expect a prompt response from management and concrete measures regarding this employee. Absolutely avoid this place if you do not meet their personal security "criteria."

ATTENTION BLACK OR DARKNESS WOMEN! Turned away when all I wanted to do was go eat at the sports café! First he started talking about my jeans, which were perfectly fine, then he changed the subject to ID, but anyway... Besides, I didn't even know you needed ID to eat at a restaurant? Is this still happening in 2026??

We dined at the restaurant without staying at the hotel. The service was impeccable and the staff very pleasant. As frequent visitors to Alsace, it was a wonderful discovery for us to learn that there's a casino combined with a restaurant here.

A quick visit to the Café des Sports...despite the renovations, we thoroughly enjoyed the new menu...the fish and chips were excellent, as was the grilled chicken with mushroom sauce...thank you also for your friendly welcome...we'll be back

Fantastic place, at least 1000 people having a good time betting. I was there for the first time from +/- 19:30 to 20:30 and played roulette. Won a little although I am a beginner. Very nice and friendly people working there, I felt safe and although I don`t speak french they were very helpful! Sounds too good to be true? Then please stay away, casino`s are very dangerous places for your money and therefore your overall situation. Nevertheless nice atmosphere with lots of people. You will definitely not feel alone! I will visit again! Thanks.

Never had the oportunity to play there, after trying to find out what the stakes are for the Texas Holden , I never was able to talk to any one but a prerecorded message , press 3 she said , no luck and not once only , then I pressed 2 , no one then 4 , not the hôtel , not booking à table at restaurant, 20 mns trying, not gone go there without knowing if they have à game , if they have more than One table open and what are thé stakes , so had to give up . This is appelling , not heard before , a casino with no staff to answer the phone, they must have too many clients , wondering what Head office going to say about that . And please don’t answer me the same bla bla you always say “we apologies and hope to make your stay better ,on your next visit”, cause there won’t be a next visit.

Please stay away from this place especially if you are a tourist. I have gambled all over the world especially in the USA and you will never be treated this way. I was playing roulette and lost a lot which was fine. Then went to Blackjack and started winning when one hand I doubled on A2 and got a 7 making it 20. All of sudden dealer changes my card to an ace equaling 14 and I lose the hand. 300€ bet! How and why was this changed. The pit boss said it was a card that was already pulled, what?????! Where in the world do you make a floor call like that! Trust me, these people are fraudsters and you will lose your money there to people stealing your money!

It was nice but not something special as an experience. It was my first visit to a casino and i was expecting someone to be around to explain each game or "machine" how it works to contribute on the experience. There was a "tipping" request also in the end that i did not like. Bar service though was amazing , gentle and informative!

It's a place you find everything from spa to casino. It's so beautiful and they is amazing very big parking. I have never have problem to get parking.
