The conditions in the poker room are completely unacceptable. While the rest of the casino is adequately air conditioned, the poker room is consistently unbearably hot—more like a sauna than a professional gaming environment. On my most recent visit, the temperature became so extreme that I had to leave mid-session. This wasn’t an isolated experience—multiple players were openly complaining, and even the dealers were visibly uncomfortable. It is obvious to anyone spending time in that room that this is not a minor issue, but a persistent and serious problem. The repeated explanation that the air conditioning is “out of your control” is not good enough. Customers are paying to be there, and staff are expected to work in those conditions. Responsibility ultimately sits with the business operating the space, not with whoever manages the building. Expecting people to sit for hours in that level of heat is unreasonable. It affects concentration, decision-making, and overall experience—and more importantly, it raises legitimate concerns about health and safety. At some point, this stops being an inconvenience and becomes negligence. I have been a regular customer, but I will not be returning until this is properly addressed. I have already taken my business to other London casinos where basic environmental standards are met. If this continues, you will keep losing customers—and rightly so. This issue has been raised repeatedly, and the lack of action is telling. Fix it

I used to love a visit to the old Aspers, it was a fun night out and exciting and you felt that as a customer you were valuved. Genting Casino is a complete awful experience. Regardless of what Genting say, they have turned down the slot machines. The winning lines are always 5p, 10p and 15p. There is no point in going - you are going to lose - the winning lines are always less than your bet. If you can get a bonus you never win enough to recover your losses which means you have a very short night out. Its impossible to find a waitress for a drink, the music at the weekends is awful and geared towards youngsters and there are none in the casino. We have been told that the casino wants youngsters in there not older clientel - but still despite the loud music there are no youngsters visiting. the bar with the loud music is mostly empty. Avoid unless you want a very boring and disappointing time out.

I’m writing this review so people can think twice before coming to this casino. since the time it changed name to Genting Casino, Honestly, my experience has been terrible. I’ve been here around 10 times, and unbelievably, I lost every single time. I understand that winning and losing is part of gambling, but if you play 10 times, you’d expect to win at least 2 or 3 times, even small wins—but not once for me. The way this place operates feels very questionable and not transparent at all. It really makes me doubt the fairness of the games. It feels like players barely have any chance of winning here. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. In my opinion, this place feels like a scam. I strongly recommend that people avoid coming here, unless you want to lose money and leave feeling upset like I did.

This casino steals your money. I put £300 cash into a faulty machine the casino labled the machine as out of service but offers my £100 of playing credit. They have took my money and don't care. Stay away from this casino

Since the casino changed hands, the overall experience doesn’t seem to be at the standard it once was. During a recent visit, the air conditioning in the poker room wasn’t working. With a large number of people in the room, it became uncomfortably warm. Service at the bar was also quite slow, it took around 15 minutes to receive a glass of water, and staff appeared stretched rather than attentive. A couple of cocktails listed on the menu weren’t available, and when an alternative was ordered, it was missing key ingredients, so it was rejected. The toilets could also use more attention: some cubicles were out of paper, cleanliness could be improved, and the hand sanitiser dispensers around the casino were empty. It’s disappointing, as this used to be a venue I enjoyed and had high expectations of. Hopefully these issues can be addressed and the casino can return to the standard it was previously known for.

I have visited Genting Stratford a few times and always have a wonderful time. The atmosphere is electric, the customer service is first class and the experience is magical. There is a delicious range of food and drinks available along with free tea, coffee and soft drinks. Great for a good night out.

Fantastic visit. This place is getting better. The amazing Suhail on cash desk is sooo lovely and looks after everyone! And gets everything right too! Also the food is really good. Amazing service from the dream team of Zak, Tia and Andrei. They are such a friendly bunch and really look after all their customers! The food is top quality and great Vale so compliments to chef! All the staff are truly amazing — they are always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I need. However, I’d especially like to highlight Egija, who consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. She always greets everyone with a warm smile, which instantly makes the atmosphere more welcoming. No matter how busy things get, she remains calm, patient, and approachable, taking the time to listen and ensure that everything is sorted out efficiently. Her positive attitude and dedication really stand out, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. It’s always a pleasure interacting with her, and she’s a big part of what makes the whole team so exceptional.
