To Hippodrome Management, On Sunday 13th April around 10.30pm my partner and I tried to enter the Hippodrome to visit their ChopChop restaurant as we have done before. Within less than a minute of approaching the security, the white guard named Roman declared that my partner could not enter. He mumbled something about my partner being too drunk which was not accurate as my partner had not said anything or displayed any drunken behaviour. We had attended a party beforehand however my partner had less than me to drink and was displaying completely normal behaviour. Infact he was opening up his rucksack to be searched. I proceeded to question Roman and his black male colleague about the reason for being refused entry however they were both rude, arrogant and gave the worst possible impression of the Hippodrome. I would strongly encourage you to review the bodycam footage to assess whether you as a prestige Central London establishment are happy to have such disgusting behaviour exhibited by your door staff as the first impression. I would certainly hope your standards are higher than the completely unacceptable animal type treatment we received last night. am still unclear as to the reason for refusal so can only speculate that they were racist towards an Asian person or sexiest towards a man as they were happy to allow me in or both. On review of your Google reviews, it is clear this is not a one off but more a consistent thematic issue which needs thorough investigation, root cause analysis and remediation action. I very much look forward to receiving a response and hearing details of how you plan to remedy this bad behaviour which would not be tolerated by any other profession. Thank you

If you're looking for a chill spot to grab a beer, the Gods terrace here is perfect. I was served by Jesica, who was fantastic. Every time I ordered, she was professional and very polite. She also gave me some excellent advice on checking out the dining options inside the casino. I spent some time playing in the casino as well—they have a great variety of slots to choose from. It’s rare to get such thoughtful service while just having a few drinks and some fun on the floor. I'll definitely be back!

When the show is over the party continues till the early hours. Some magic memories made that night. Great vibe and the service was superb. The team got down on the dance floor and kept our drinks filled.

lively place with a lot going on under one roof. The building itself is impressive, and inside it feels energetic, especially in the evening. There’s a good mix of casino games, from slots to table games, and the staff are generally helpful, even if you’re new. What’s nice is that it’s not just about gambling. The bars, restaurants and shows make it a fun spot to spend time with friends. It can get busy and noisy at peak hours, and drinks are a bit pricey, but overall it’s a fun experience if you go with the right expectations.

The atmosphere is energetic without feeling overwhelming, the staff are professional and welcoming, and everything feels well organized and clean. Whether you’re there to play, grab a drink, or just experience the buzz, it’s a fun and unique spot, especially given its prime location near Piccadilly Circus. Tips: Bring valid ID, dress smart casual, and take some time to explore the different levels they each have a different vibe. A great place for a night out in London, even if you’re not a big gambler. We won money as well!

The steak was nothing special. 7/10 It's not bad for the price, though. It's a very loud atmosphere as it's inside the casino. If you don't mind the loud atmosphere, then this is not a bad steak house. The staff was very informative, very friendly, and prompt. So it was my husband and I 10th wedding anniversary. They wrote happy anniversary on the dessert.
