My time here was delightful Door man was really friendly and had us signed in quickly and explained the full process. the woman at the top of the escalator had a little power trip and was rude (maybe she had a bad day) apart from that couldn’t really fault it 👏 will definitely come again. 🎰

Tired to enter last night with my wife and my mate, apparently we were “too intoxicated”. My mate had a few pints, myself who wasn’t drinking at all as I was driving and my wife who’d had 2 glasses of wine. The bouncer said all this as a man literally stumbled out of the casino door, avoid.

If there were a zero-star option, this place would deserve it. My experience here was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. I traveled from London to Leeds to meet a friend who is a member of this casino, and we planned to have lunch at the restaurant. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that I could not enter because I did not have a physical ID. I accepted that without any issue and simply said I would wait in the reception area until my friend arrived, as she was already on her way in an Uber. A few minutes later, the manager approached me and demanded that I leave the entire building and wait outside in the cold. His explanation was that I could “see players gambling,” which made absolutely no sense considering I had not entered the gaming area and was simply sitting quietly on my phone waiting for my friend. When I politely asked to see the policy or written rule stating that I was not allowed to wait in the reception area, he was unable to provide anything. Instead of giving a professional explanation, he simply insisted that I leave the building. For a venue that tries to portray itself as upscale and exclusive, the level of service and customer treatment is embarrassingly poor. There is clearly a serious lack of professionalism, hospitality, and basic respect for guests. I have visited many casinos and high-end venues, and this was by far one of the most unpleasant and poorly handled experiences I have had. I would strongly recommend others think twice before coming here.

Door men are a disgrace, we came to leeds and got refused entry after being let in by 2 people who checked our id's btw in 38 and had only had a couple of beers to be called intoxicated. Didnt argue at all to then be seen someone who couldnt even stand up to be let in. Should never have re opened after the laundering scandal

Not a great experience. The doorstaff who had no badges by the way need training in customer care. Not very welcoming. Upstairs far to long to get served at the bar. Customer services for bags, no one there. Needs to improve.

Fantastic evening. The casino was busy with a fun atmosphere. Ate at the new Chinese restaurant and looked after by the lovely Francis and Nori. Drink service from Anthony was superb. Such a nice chap and very knowledgeable. Then a bit of play. I'd been a couple of weeks ago and it was so nice that Tracey the dealer remembered my name and the waiting staff remembered my drink of choice! So special shout out the the young and so keen team of Andie Aaron and zac at the Bar and Brian keeping the drinks flowing and everyone happy. Finally met VIP host Cal who has time for everyone and goes the extra mile to check everyone and I mean everyone is having a fun and safe time! Definitely worth the train trip as easy walk from Station. Will also try to attend one of their special shows and events when back in Leeds as they sound so much fun! Thankyou David

I love the space and the variety of machines. You (members) get given free play vouchers, which is nice. You used to get more free/discounted drinks with your membership to encourage you to visit. Unfortunately, this offer has changed and gone up in price. You used to get free Pepsi, but now they give you rola cola, which is all syrup and bubbles. The counter staff have all been lovely and friendly. Generally, they're the ones who have been there since the start. They give great customer service and recognise you even when months have gone by. Some of the floor walkers are new and young and don't seem to want to be there and just put their hours in, but that can happen anywhere. Generally, it is a great place to visit whether by yourself or in a large group. They have entertainment and big screen events, and you can book an area with friends. The food has always been nice, not top-notch dining but decent.
