Nice place....good customer service, nice people..... unfortunately cash poker is dead there..... In my opinion best place to gamble in Edinburgh.

Refused entry because some of our party “appeared to have had a drink”. Drinks yes but drunk/intoxicated absolutely not. Very bad attitude and zero customer service skills displayed. This decision was made by the receptionist after spending a great deal of time checking our membership/ID credentials. If having a drink or two was really a concern then why bother to go to the rigmarole of checking memberships/IDs? It’s changed days when you were greeted with a warm welcome. Anyway we went to the Genting Casino at Fountain Park instead. Fantastic, welcoming experience and have now become members there instead. Too bad that 20+ years’ membership at Maybury counts for nothing and we have cancelled our memberships there.

I was playing on the machine and my bet was wiped off my number came in that I had betted on due to the internet I call the management the management no surprise talks like I'm a refugee that has never worked an electronic device before saying it's paid me when it's not I would have been paid over £120 she tries to 1st try and compensate me with. £20 voucher like I'm desperate for money also trying to say the machine had paid me when both of them knew it hadn't then they even eventually admitted it.. It's not the money it's the principal and dishonesty that was not good the manner of the case handling itself.I can honestly only say Grosvenor casino must have been desperate to hire a manager at the time this isn't the 1st time this manageress has been out of order the last time she was she apologised about 5 times because she saw I wasn't having it and she was very clearly in the wrong most probably thought I never had perfect English with the sarcastic words she used against me because I did question her nasty words. A school kid could have handled this case in a much better way it makes the company Grosvenor casino look so cheap desperate and a rogue company. This casino has proven to itself it can't be trusted at the lowest level. No I never got paid. It's bad as it is with not eating out of their due to the terrible quality of food I would honestly do better in a 2* takeaway . I've been going in this place since it has opened. I can't see me coming back That's the truth and facts

Food is excellent ,thomas and his team go all out in making an excellent time .the food is amazing ,the staff are very attentive and friendly thank you all

Popped in for a quick bite as not many options in the area. Warm cider. Dry, over cooked burger. The kitchen didn't even have condiments. Casinos are sad enough places in the day, the food here made it miserable.
