I have been to this casino no less than ten times, so I think I am qualified to make a comment. Most of the time, this casino only offers roulette and blackjack tables, which is particularly unfriendly to tourists who want to play baccarat and three-card poker. Every time I ask, the reply is that there are too few players, one or two players are not enough. Logically speaking, if a table is set up, a dealer should be on duty all the time, shouldn't it? Besides, if you don't open this table, how can players be attracted to come? By the way, the food quality is amazing and the restaurant space is great.

I have been banned from another casino being accused of money laundering I got in this casino then the 2nd visit they banned me from this casino if this is the case why was no police called where was the crime commited isn't this against licensing policy and laws not to call the police if you have suspicions.i have being going in and out of casinos and never caused problems I go in with good manners and I leave with good manners whether I win loose or draw . Some people have no shame whatsoever banning people that haven't done anything against casino policy just ban him easy and lazy.

Been a member for 11 years and been to a few locations and this is the first time I've written a review. John at fountain park was a pleasure. Very friendly and funny in between games. He is an asset to the team and I thoroughly enjoyed my time today.

Bouncer has way too much pride. Seems to think he has more power than anyone else. Previously I had a bad experience with him talking to me like I was an object. But today he turned us away because my boyfriend had ‘too much to drink’ without him even having any signal of this. To follow he then starts laughing at us with the staff working the desk as we walked out. We heard them all laughing and straight away went back in and left our cards. Usually we have good experiences with staff here but after today our opinion has changed. Horrible service and worse staff to follow.

It's was a classy place to be, more precisely you got money you have this place, but I loved the concept that you can start beting with just £10 which makes it affordable for students as well. Just a reminder do carry your id as it's checked before entry.

Nice size casino with decent poker. As for slots not as good as Grosvenor to be honest as they have more variety. Missing the cabinets with Rainbow Riches reels of gold etc seem to be either the Lady lucky charms or the Cleopatra ones. However still worth a visit and poker is popular here
