Great casino, loads of games. Booths are really comfy, had a lovely nap before security woke me up gently 🤣 10/10 would reccomend. (The casino, not the nap, although why not both, treat yourself)

I grew up playing poker here. The management hate their poker playing community and treat the players like shit. One would expect logic to come into play but no, no it doesn’t. You can expect to get a 1 pound chip, in 3 different colour ways. With some of them cracked and falling apart. Chairs are wonky, drinks are paid, it’s really a low tier room which is sad because it has the potential to become one of the best rooms in Brum.

Went to this casino on the weekend midnight for some drinks with my partner lovely service from the two receptionists and the security guards so welcoming, such a laugh the guards are!, however when I entered the gaming floor the staff were so miserable like they don’t want to be here and the male manager is rude when I went to the bar the tall skinny blonde woman had a nasty attitude seemed like she wanted to not serve us our drinks because she was too busy chatting to the managers on the table near the bar it’s like “we interrupted her conversation” wouldn’t definitely be coming back and other downside the building is so out of date it smells really bad, and the toilets all I can say is awful! It such a shame when entering it seemed lovely but going on to the gaming floor appalling no stars I rather give but one for the service from receptionists and security guards.

I’ve now been to this casino three times, and every single time I’ve had to deal with the same receptionist at the front desk. She is without doubt one of the rudest people I have ever come across in customer service. No greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy, just staring at the screen and snapping “date of birth” and “surname” like we’re an inconvenience to her. It’s so unpleasant that it feels deliberate, like she actually tries to make customers feel unwelcome. The reason I’m writing this review is because it’s genuinely such a horrible feeling every time we come here. Instead of walking in and feeling like we’re going to enjoy the night, we’re hit with her cold, stinking attitude straight away. It’s the last thing you want when you’re supposed to be having a nice evening. The casino itself is fine, no issues at all, but she completely ruins the first impression. What makes it worse is that she chooses to act like this in a front-of-house job. Reception should set the tone with a welcoming atmosphere, but instead she drags it down with her attitude every single time. It’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. At the end of the day, it costs nothing to smile, nothing to be pleasant, and nothing to treat people with basic respect. Yet every time, she chooses hostility. For someone in her position, that’s simply not good enough.

It's not a bad Casino with a decent Bar. The minimum Bets are low for Roulette (£2) which is good 😉 Blackjack is £10. People say the staff are nice, some are, some I feel are just incompetent 👎. Whilst playing Roulette, the Croupier swiped all the chips and didn't pay me out, I questioned this, he wasn't sure. The small miserable female Pit Boss (with Glasses) sternly told me I was wrong (like she was even watching??) I challenged her asking her to review the CCTV, she kept refusing saying I was mistaken (I knew I wasn't). Ultimately I asked the Manager to check the CCTV, and I WAS CORRECT👍 I don't think I'd go back there again, with incompetent Croupiers and crappy Pit Bosses, there's better places I can spend my money 👎
