Lovely place !

I didn't actually go into the casino, but the strange shape of the building took my interest and brought me to the garden. Although it was winter, the garden was still quite interesting to see. There was a flower clock and an interesting statue of Yash Chopra, which was unexpected. It was quite an interesting side stop.

The worst dealer I ever met. Keep asking for tips... not recommended to visit. Dear Casino Interlaken, keep asking for tips meaning asked more than a time. My friends and I are angry because we are still playing on the roullete table. Please check on the CCTV between 9.30pm - 10pm on the 8th Mar 2026. 1st round he asked for tips, I rejected him because I am still losing. 2nd round he asked again I agreed, 3rd round he asked again, I agreed. He asked more than 3 times in 5 round games. No mood playing in this casino anymore.

This was my first time visiting a casino, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. One of the staff members was extremely rude — an old woman with glasses sitting inside the casino cashier. At first, when I asked her where the blackjack table was, she simply told me to “wait.” I had no idea what she wanted me to wait for. Eventually, I figured out by myself that the table was actually just on the opposite side. She didn’t even bother to point it out or give clear directions. At that time, I had a backpack with me when entering the casino, and no one informed me that I was required to leave it on a shelf outside. The same woman saw my backpack and asked me to leave it outside. So I went to the cashier to ask where should I put my bag, and the cashier girl told me it was fine to bring it in. I entered the casino again with my backpack, but the older woman saw me and assumed I had ignored her instructions. She started giving me black face and I feel so disrespectful as when I look at her she didn’t even look at me. She was just mumbling in German language and started showing her frustration out of nowhere. I felt extremely disrespected, and I even went out again to ask the cahser girl. It wasn’t my fault, but I was made to feel very uncomfortable. Maybe the casino should consider providing better training for their staff on how to treat customers respectfully.

The atmosphere feels cozy yet lively, with stunning mountain views right outside the doors. The staff were warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The game selection isn’t massive like in big city casinos, but it’s well-maintained and offers a good mix of slots and tables for a relaxed evening. Whether you’re here to try your luck or just sip a drink and soak in the vibe, it’s worth a visit after a day exploring Interlaken

Dear Casino: Lighten Up or Shut It Down. Went to a casino to do what normal people do—gamble and have fun. Wild concept, I know. My wife and I were at a blackjack table full of tourists. The energy was great, people were actually enjoying themselves. My wife and an Asian woman next to her were on a winning streak, laughing, cheering—living. Then here comes Captain Killjoy, the floor manager, who walks over and tells my wife, “You have a beautiful laugh, but you’re too loud for us in here.” What? That’s the moment the whole vibe died. Everyone clammed up, and just like that, the table went from fun to funeral. We played one more hand out of sheer politeness and walked out. Frankly, the place was already half-dead. Now I see why. Note to management: if you’re so allergic to joy that laughter is a problem, maybe rethink your business model. Casinos are supposed to be loud, lively, and full of excitement—not some uptight library with slot machines. If you're a tourist, go elsewhere. This place doesn’t want your money unless you’re willing to sit in silence and act like a corpse

Beautiful place having colourful flowers in garden surrounded by big trees and green grass and silent. A statue of famous Indian film maker Mr Yesh Chopra is fixed with his movie camera in his memory here. Mr Yesh Chopra was used to shoot his movies in Switzerlands.
