The castle and decor are very pretty, and the staff are friendly. However, the slot machines are from another era—old machines with minimal winnings. Drinks are very expensive, even more so than in France (€3 for a coffee). There are quite a few French people there, so I think the prices are geared towards them, but it's nothing like in Spain 🇪🇸… a shame about that.

Stunning venue but incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. If outside of the EU, make sure to bring a passport to gain entry as this isn’t specified inside only online on their website

Nothing for Swiss people with ID. We can enter the country with our ID but the casino doesn’t let us in without passport - bad service, we wont try to visit again.

A really elegant casino, I loved the food, the drinks and the games itself, unfortunately there was no poker due to covid situation, but there were most games. The staff was really friendly too
