El edificio es muy interesante de visitar. Pero el negocio (casino), invierte poco en mantenimiento y personal. Se observa algunas cosas muy cutre para ser casino. Hay salones recreativos de barrio con más glamour.

I haven't had any problems with the casino in general. However, I want to report an unpleasant situation with an employee who worked in the restaurant or breakfast area. She is a woman of approximately 30 years of age, with an Asian appearance. During my visit, this employee made comments and mocked me, laughing inappropriately. I explained that I am a regular customer and that I had never been asked to leave that area before. Despite this, she continued to insist repeatedly until I finally agreed to leave to avoid an argument. Friday the 17th, around 3:00 AM

This place is a gossip's hell. And I'm not talking about the customers, most of whom are simply victims. But many of the employees there are rude, arrogant, and conceited. All they enjoy is talking badly about others for the sheer pleasure of it. Some don't even realize it, but that's normal when you have no heart, no soul, nothing. I wouldn't waste any time or money here. Anyway, these places are doomed with everything that's coming. The devil walks the halls of this casino. If the world ever runs out of toilet paper, come here because with all the bad vibes they have, they could make a lot of rolls to wipe themselves... well, you know.

I don't recommend this casino. In my case, I was playing Texas Hold'em in the cash game room, and in a hand worth €330, a player won by showing only one of his two cards. I had a pair, and he showed a Jack, which didn't complete the pot. Once the dealer shuffled the cards, this player claimed he had a flush, and they awarded him the pot. It's the first time I've ever seen that in a casino, so it makes me think the floor managers are in cahoots with the players to split the winnings. The staff there are awful and give off a bad vibe. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED, DON'T GO THERE.

It's got a lot of name recognition, but it's not all that great. It's impossible to make a profit with the absurd tax burden.

Good casino. Decoration is well. Live game is up stairs. On roulette table you cant bet for neighbours. Only bet for numbers.

If you like slot machines you will be happy enough. If it’s poker or blackjack you want, you will be in your element. Stays open very late, good bar service aswell

good poker room rake is 5% up to $17 euros, so quite high but if you want to play, it’s the best room in the heart of Madrid

Casinos are casinos, right? You win some, you lose some. This place is absolutely gorgeous. It's worth it to go here even if it's just for the views. There are 3 floors, plenty of games, and a place to exchange your dollars for euros. They will store you bookbags and luggage for you. You will need your passport to enter. Also, just like any other casino, just be aware of your surroundings and be careful when you leave with your winnings.

This review is for the bar since we did not gamble in the casino. The bar staff was very friendly, spoke English. Recommended an excellent red wine for me, with a generous pour. My husband's gin and tonic contained a very generous amount of gin.
