I've been a regular customer for many years and I don't usually write reviews, but this time I feel it's necessary. Yesterday we found out that Ely has been let go, and honestly, I'm struggling to understand it. As a customer who has seen countless employees come and go over the years, I can say that Ely was one of those people who truly make a difference. From the very first moment, she exudes warmth, courtesy, kindness, and above all, a genuine warmth that's hard to find. I don't know the reasons for her dismissal, and I understand that every company has its internal decisions, but as a loyal customer, I find it difficult to comprehend how they can let go of someone like her. People like her not only do their jobs well, but they also enhance the experience for everyone who goes there. I feel very sorry for her, but also for us, the customers, because we're going to miss her terribly. I hope that these kinds of decisions are also considered in terms of their human impact, because employees like Ely are the ones who truly leave a lasting impression.

I've been told she was fired, and I don't understand why, since there's no one else as kind and friendly as her. As a customer of the hall, I ask that she return. *Sad news from Bingo Billiards 😔* Today, as usual, I went to play at Bingo Billiards and everything seemed normal. However, I was unpleasantly surprised to learn that Eli, one of the kindest and most attentive employees I've ever met, had been fired. Eli is an exceptional young woman who always strives to provide high-quality service to customers. Her kindness, respect, and attention to detail are admirable, and I believe that's one of the reasons why so many of us choose Bingo Billiards. I think it's a serious mistake that she was fired, as she's a valuable employee and well-liked by most of the customers. Therefore, I'm writing to the management of Bingo Billiards to ask them to reconsider their decision and bring her back to the team. Eli is the best, and I'm sure many customers agree with me. We are foreigners and had read several reviews praising the bartender and the bingo, so we decided to come and see it for ourselves… and what a great decision! From the very first moment, you can tell Daniel’s talent: spot-on recommendations, flawless technique, and a cocktail that far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I was only able to have one, because the menu we were given didn’t include cocktails; I would have loved to order another. Bingo was very crowded, and without a doubt, when I come back to Barcelona, I will return. A very pleasant experience.

Really big, super clean. Service could be improved. But overall very well organized and we won 204€ also the food is pretty good.

Place is a joke. I called ahead after reading reviews about Id/Passport. The gentlemen on the phone said ID(Drivers license) was okay. Lady at the front reception denied any saying. Refused entry without passport. Went and got passport and was refused entry again. If you are from out side of the Eu I do bot recommend visiting this place. Waste of 20 minutes each way x2. The establishment i have read has issues with this lady and should look into keeping there business alive to travelers.

You can bet as much as .¢10 on roulette. 2nd Fl is not a terrace closed off you can smoke and has bingo on 2nd floor. Drinks are about €7-€9 on average, food and drinks are not free. No love dealer or black jack. Do not use € coins it will steal your money. But overall good place, parking garage open next door and must wear a mask and have covid-19 shot up to date with a passport if your tourist
