War wieder schön. Ich finde es schade, dass die Kleiderordnung nachgelassen hat. Einige Gäste stören irgendwie das besondere Flair eines Casinos mit schludriger Kleidung.

I was playing live roulette when the floor manager approached me. He essentially told me that if I won on a particular number, I should tip the entire stake on that number so that other guests would see it and tip as well. I found this behavior completely inappropriate. Whether, when, and how much I tip is entirely my own decision. Tipping should be voluntary and not expected or demanded in a specific amount. What I found particularly disconcerting was the impression that I would have to leave the premises if I didn't give the full amount of this expected tip. When I asked about it, I received no clear and understandable explanation. Furthermore, I got the feeling that, in the worst-case scenario, I could even be banned from the premises if I didn't give the requested amount of this expected tip. I have never experienced anything like this in any other casino. Of course, one can tip for good service, but to be expected to hand over practically the entire amount as a tip after many losing bets on a single win strikes me as completely inappropriate. For me, this behavior was neither customer-friendly nor professional. This visit left a very negative impression, and I will be sharing this experience objectively with my friends and acquaintances. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident.

That's really awful. I have a German ID card. Why do I need a passport too? With just an ID card, you can fly pretty much anywhere in Europe. It's really stupid. And I see others only have their ID cards and that works, why?

A rather small casino. The machines are also very close together, so you sometimes have to squeeze through to get to a slot machine. Entrance is standard. You receive a voucher for a free drink on your first visit and even a welcome bonus to play with. It's almost like an online casino. I haven't experienced anything like that at any other casino. But it's definitely a cool unique selling point. There's a bar and cashier right next to the entrance. There are also two ATMs. Besides the smoking room, there are other smaller rooms with slot machines. A balanced mix of Novoline, Merkur, and EGT. Here, you play with a player card. That means you put in the money, and the balance is credited to the card. So, no tickets. The staff was friendly and the service was good. The drink prices are typical for a casino. There are parking spaces all around. Some are paid, but not overpriced. The clientele was more pleasant than in most casinos. The majority were retirees. There were fewer professionals. There was hardly any swearing and no banging on the buttons. That's definitely a positive point.

Small but lovely casino. Besides the slot machines, they offered blackjack and roulette. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even if you were unsure about something or had questions about the game (like the rules of blackjack). The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. And the cocktails were delicious. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back.
