First with your membership you can get two drinks like 2 waters so with 2€ you can just drink water with 1€ each (I’m from Greece so 3-4€ for water is expensive) second there is very good place with lot of slots and games. Nice bathroom nice service. And there is no discrimination. If you want to play just 2€ in roulette you can. The best casino I have been so far ( I have been in three so far)

Amateurs at work – house rules and etiquette are foreign concepts here. I am speechless today at the conditions at the Spielbank Berlin casino at Potsdamer Platz. Anyone expecting professional blackjack here will be bitterly disappointed. The incident: There were three of us at the table. I played two boxes in the middle. After the first player finished their hand, it was my turn. While I was briefly considering my move and about to request another card for my split hand, the dealer completely ignored me, skipped my boxes, and simply drew his own cards to finish the hand. The staff's reaction (the real scandal): When I immediately intervened, the dealer brazenly claimed that the player behind me had already taken their action – which was physically impossible, as I was sitting between them and hadn't even made a move yet. Instead of correcting the mistake, the casino management topped it all off: Despite video surveillance, which clearly showed my signal to request another card, the error was not rectified. The manager's arrogant response: "You have to pay attention yourself; blackjack is a fast game." Conclusion: It's understandable that a dealer might make a mistake. However, for the management to ignore the established blackjack rules and the basic sequence of play, and then shift the blame onto the customer, is the height of incompetence and disrespect. "Fast game" is no excuse for ignoring the boxes. Anyone who values fair play and professional staff should steer clear of this place. It seems their only goal is to pocket the customers' money as quickly as possible—regardless of the rules. Never again!

Very different from what others have said, I would not recommend going the service was below any expectations! The free drinks only include (tea, coffee and beer) the staff are well dressed but deliver very low service😒 ordered cocktails which were 3/4 full and were so bad couldn't finish them and made me feel sick 🤮. I would give a rating of minus -5 stars but Google only lets you do 1 star!!!!! Also you can only pay cash at the bar which only represents another problem? I would highly recommend to avoid this place as it really changed my experience on holiday's in Berlin.

Need passport. Driving license will not do. Pay a few euro e trance fee and receive 2x free drinks. You need to exchange cash for chips at counter (not table). Everyone uses the same chips unless yoi specify a colour, so be careful as people try yo claim your number if all using gerbal chips. Attitude of waiters stinks throughout. Loads of dodgy characters.

One of the biggest casino in Berlin city. Entry fees 2 Euro per person and you must have EU ID or your passport to enter. They will provide you 2 drinks coupons against 2 euro and you can use them till end of the month. I like this place but I am giving only 4 star because sometimes slot suck badly my money. I found few intrested games like Lucky Pheron as well Multi Wide and few mores. Roullete tables have 2 types of bet options like Min Bet 2 or 10 euros. You can choose your option. Well maintained smoking rooms. Table service is not upto the mark but it doesn't matter at all. Few dealers are very friendly in nature and we had fun sometimes with few comments. German is basic knowledge in this casino but all staff can understand English so no language issues at all. While writing this reveiw I changed my mind and I am giving 5 stars that I enjoyed a lot for many weeks in this casino.

They have $4 euro blackjack tables! We went on a Thursday night, and I was surprised they had so many $4e blackjack tables. Nobody was betting the minimum. We were lucky to get on a table because it was so busy in the table games area. The dealers were competent and friendly. I ordered a pizza at the bar and it was good quality. The bartenders were not very friendly and were all business. It was probably because it was so busy. I am from america, and they required passport identification and $2 euros to enter. I had a great time at this casino. It's one of the better european casinos that I have been to. I live in Las vegas, so I know about casinos. We have some of the biggest and best in the world in Las vegas.
