A beautiful casino spread over four floors. Of course, losing is part of the game, but you can also win occasionally 😉 it's gambling after all. The service is quite okay; you have to get your own drinks. Unfortunately, I have to add something negative. Since we are frequent visitors to the casino, the ventilation in the smoking area on the lower level is a disaster! You practically suffocate in there. It would be great if something could be done about that!

Why is there such an unfriendly person at the entrance, someone who finds every movement too much trouble and always has something to complain about? Even handing over a bag left at the cloakroom is too much effort for them! Shouldn't courtesy and friendliness be a priority in this area? And why is the service at the roulette machine so slow, or even nonexistent, forcing you to get your own drinks? Overall, the service is abysmal, especially considering the money is being made by the players – go figure...

Had a great time there playing live poker. The casino is not overcrowded. Blinds start at 1/1€ which is great if you just want to have fun. If you want to play live poker, it starts at 18:00, so remember to be there at 17:45. They offer two free drinks for your every visit, but charge 2€ entrance free from your second visit.

I like that casino. People criticise it for 2€ of charge in the entrance but it’s located in the center of Berlin. Without any payment, there would be full of people… It’s my favorite casino in Berlin. The poker tables upstairs is well designed and waiting time is not too long, fair enough in many ways.

Mostly jackpot machines, very little table games are available. At 6/7pm? The table games open and everyone will go to get a seat. There is blackjack as well and the minimum was 5 Euros I believe? You cannot change money for chips at the table. You can only do so at the cashiers counter on the first floor.
