The location is great and the breakfast was good too. Nevertheless, I had little to no cell service in my room, and unfortunately, the toilet was covered in limescale. The temperature in the room, and indeed throughout the entire hotel, was far too warm. While you could adjust the temperature in the room, to be honest, it didn't make much of a difference.

Terrible service. We arrived and there was a car blocking the entrance. They didn't care. What a reception, especially considering it was 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit) and we had a baby, suitcases, and a VW Beetle. I managed to get across to ask for help and they told me, "You can wait, it'll only be a few minutes." Oh, well, thanks for being so kind.

Room is exactly as advertised, it is quite compact, with limited space to put cloths if you are staying more than a a couple of days. Everything works really well, service has been great. The location is great for visiting Berlin.

Very good location and nice rooms. However, we were staying in winter with snow outside, the lack of entrance mat was a real issue. Also, the heating system was going full blast. We had to sleep with the window opened.. Lastly, the rooms are quite small, but it's quite usual for BER.

Great location, right outside a train station. The rooms are on the smaller side, and if you are tall the ceiling dips in certain areas. Other than that, they were clean, accomodating staff and housekeeping was always done. We did have the breakfast one day, it is a buffet which is helpful, but I’m not sure it would be worth it everyday. Overall a good stay.

The restaurants around the hotel seem to have their ventilation systems either directly below the windows or within the building itself. As a result, the entire property is permeated by a persistent smell of cooking, leaving your clothes with the lingering scent of having spent the afternoon in a grill truck. The room includes a Nespresso machine, but capsules are only provided on the first day; thereafter, they must be purchased. It’s the first time I’ve encountered such a policy, and it strikes me as unnecessarily stingy.

It clean and good hotel with rather small rooms. But clean rooms and good breakfast. Tablet cradle for TV has an USB-B to stick your charging cable in it. Online check-out and receiving online bill is working fine. They have a secure storage for your bag, to leave it after you check out in the morning.
