I don't speak German very well, so I use a translator. Of the four casinos in Berlin, the Kudam is the best. I used to win several thousand euros in just a few hours on the slot machines there, and that was never more than two or three euros per bet. Incidentally, two or three years ago, there were four of those machines there. They've since been replaced, and I rarely go anymore. Otherwise, I lost a lot of money there, but I also knew how to win a lot. By the way, I'm the best croupier ever and I know my way around casinos. Anyone who claims to have won nothing is lying, but they'll give it all back in the end. Everything. One more tip: You're better off investing 10,000 euros in a company and taking a risk, or just playing. The odds of winning in any casino are 5,000 divided by 1. The payout method has changed a bit since then; the money doesn't land on your plates anymore... hehe.

I don't recommend it - one customer takes up 3 or 4 machines and only plays on one (the rest are standing). New guests can't play!!! The employees don't do anything about it. I won't go there again.

We would like to formally report that we were insulted and discriminated against based on our skin color during our visit to Spielbank Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. The remarks and behavior directed toward us were unacceptable, disrespectful, and deeply hurtful. No guest should ever be treated unfairly or judged because of their color or background. We expect this incident to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Absolutely no chance of winning you are guaranteed to lose all your money here. This place is a caution zone. It used to be a place I visited in my free time; but there are definitely problems with the games — they need to be investigated. For example, if you’re playing roulette and the table is filled with a lot of money: • The ball lands on 0 or 1. • And if there’s money on those numbers, it lands on the number with the least amount of money on the table. • Pay attention: the ball doesn’t drop until it makes at least 7–8 spins around the track — until it hits the number they want. Magnetized! What a shame for this establishment. • Don’t even get me started on the slot machines. I’ve seen 200 spins in a row without a single win. • Even in poker, there are issues. If you’re winning, suddenly a “burn” card comes, and your hand turns into something like 3–6, 3–7, or 2–5 — with a high probability of making you lose. In conclusion, a complete fiasco. Even small casinos wouldn’t show such blatant disrespect to their regulars. DO NOT GO!!!

There is a Arabic worker there, around 6,3, beard, brown skin, anyhow, this gentleman is extremely gross and creepy towards women, this certain individual must be investigated and or prosecuted, you have cameras, you can see what he’s been doing, I’ll give you a few examples, he was talking to a coworker ( a female friend of mine ) and asked her if she wanted to go back to his place and was making sexual comments, and he also said he’d give her more * free drinks * the 2€ waters * and judging by other reviews this isn’t the first time this has happened, id like a reply back stating this certain person has had a talking too or another alternative, i know you ( the owner ) is a good man, and will make things right…

Very disappointing experience. As foreigners, we felt extremely unwelcome here from the moment we walked in. The staff was rude and dismissive, making it clear they didn’t appreciate our presence. Beyond the poor treatment, the casino itself was underwhelming: outdated machines, limited game options, and a lackluster atmosphere. Not worth the visit—would not recommend to anyone, especially if you’re from out of town.

We have been in several casino by this brand, this located in really nice luxury area and this casino is the most impressive. We had good time here , notice that you have to pay 2€ at the entrance and you will get two card for free drinks include beers and soft drink In the picture the bar at the 2th floor
