The waitresses behind the counter are unfriendly and very disrespectful; the gossiping at the bar is so loud you can hear it. Absolutely outrageous and a real shame for the casino. We won't be going there again.

All roulette tables were supposed to open at 6 PM. So at 6 PM I bought €2 tokens for €30. Two tables were open, but only for €5 and €10 minimum bets. At 6:35 PM I cashed out the €2 tokens because the table wouldn't open at all. According to the cashier, they only open for €2 bets if they have enough staff. Was there enough staff there?! And why did I get €2 tokens that I could use at the other tables? SO I'D PLAY HIGHER! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! PLAYER-UNFRIENDLY. A DISGRACIFIC BAR.

Review – My Experience at Casino Aachen About two years ago, I went to Casino Aachen to play poker. It was a cash game with at least five, more likely seven, players at the table. Initially, everything went smoothly – until a crucial hand came along that I still remember vividly. I was holding two sevens. The flop came jack, nine, nine. There were two other players in the hand besides me. Both bet, and I was practically short-stacked. So I decided to go all-in. Both opponents called. After my all-in, the dealer revealed the fourth card – and immediately afterward, the fifth. Without waiting, even though the other two players theoretically still had a chance to act. The river card was, of all things, the third seven – which would have given me a full house and thus very likely the pot of almost €2,000. This sparked a discussion. Suddenly, the argument was made that the fifth card shouldn't have been revealed. The river card—my seven—was ultimately "burned," shuffled back into the deck, and a new card dealt. The probability of the original card appearing again is statistically almost impossible. Of course, no seven came up. I lost the pot. What particularly stung was that the mistake wasn't mine. I hadn't rushed the dealer or done anything wrong. Despite this, my winnings were forfeited. We continued playing normally for about another hour. I remained calm, even though I was inwardly stunned. A few days later, I called the casino to clarify the incident. The employee in charge immediately remembered the situation. They offered me €250 in vouchers as a "goodwill gesture." With a pot of around €2,000, I didn't consider this appropriate. I stated frankly that I didn't need vouchers but expected a fair solution—especially since it was clearly a dealer error. However, they stuck to their offer. Disappointed, I ended the call and, in my emotion, said that I wouldn't be returning under these circumstances. Some time later, I drove the approximately 80 kilometers back to Aachen. There, I learned that I had been banned from the premises. Without any prior notice, without any written communication. I hadn't behaved disrespectfully that evening or on the phone. Nevertheless, I was apparently considered an unwelcome guest. This experience remains very bitter for me. Not only because of the money, but also because of the way a long-time customer was treated. Mistakes can happen – what matters is how they are handled. I would have expected more fairness, transparency, and customer focus. Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience for me.

I have never seen such rude people in any casino. A casino is usually a place where you expect at least some level of hospitality, after all, the whole business is built on people feeling welcome. Believe me, I’m not a difficult customer and I don’t demand smiles, red carpets, or free champagne. I only expect basic human decency. Unfortunately, that seemed to be asking too much here. The older woman at the reception (and some other older staff members) managed to turn a simple casino entry into what felt like a surprise citizenship exam. She looked at my residence card, questioned why I don’t speak the local language despite living there, and did so with rude words and gestures. I honestly wondered if I’d accidentally walked into an immigration office instead of a casino. By the time I got inside, I already felt like I’d been hit by a truck - and I hadn’t even lost any money yet. :) On another occasion, while registering for a poker tournament, a manager responded to a basic miscommunication with, “I cannot read your mind,” as if explaining something was an unbearable inconvenience. Apparently, asking a question is more offensive than going all-in with 7–2 offsuit. Overall, this is the only casino where simply entering makes you feel judged, unwelcome, and mildly interrogated. If the goal is to scare guests away before they reach the tables, congratulations! You’ve perfected the strategy. Unbelievable.

Parking and entrance to the casino cost money (10 Euros total). The place is small. An uninspired selection of slot machines. I didn't win, nor did I see or hear any unusual 'winning sounds'. Sometimes the noise is terrible, but usually tolerable. A bar that serves drinks and light snacks. A place for those who like to lose money....

Looks good from the outside, my mrs and mum won’t let me go in due to my bad gambling habit , I’m sure there nice people. It’s better to talk about a problem than hide it. When the fun stops. Stop. Unless you’re winning.

Firstly, don’t take an entrance deal - to pay 5 euros more for a “free drink” that costs only 3,90 when you’re inside, doesn’t make much sense. As far as German casinos go, the table games are relatively busy. If you play poker, there’s quite a good scene with almost daily tournaments on offer. The drinks are rather expensive and as we were there, no one knew really how to make a cocktail properly.
