Soirée gâche. Je fini un match à Lacroix falgarde ou j’ai joué jusqu’à 23h30. Je viens pour décompresser après le sport et joué au casino. Travaillant dans la sécurité je comprends la surveillance. Mais le faire refouler au faciès pour Alcoolémie et très violemment. Il était 2 même sont collègue etait étonné. Je supprime ma carte du casino et vous n’êtes pas près de me revoir. Je n’ai pas fait de scandale j’ai dis au revoir bonne soirée messieurs. Quel honte.!!!! Un scandale j’en dirais pas plus. Faut peut-être voir les compétences en sécurité et faire la différence entre quelqu’un qui a travaillé toute une journée et fait du sport et quelqu’un qui est alcoolisé car je n’avais pas bu.

Super spectacle casino génial personnel a l écoute et super serviable sécurité au top vraiment superbe soirée point négatif la caissière du central bar qui nous a pris pour des moins que rein nous avons attendu 15 mm qu on nous servent alors que personnes au bar un monsieur arrive le ser et elle dit a ma femme les habitué d abord et après mais je plaisante ça nous a fait beaucoup rire la méchanceté la bêtise l incivilités le non respect de certaines personnes qui pensent que tout leur est dû et désagréable .le monde du haut et du bas et différence on le c pas la peine de nous le faire remarquer elle nous a pas gâcher notre soirée pour autant

C'est un bel endroit pour écouter et voir des Opérettes comme Valses de Vienne. C'était un bel après midi alors que il a plu toute la journée.

We had a major problem on Easter Sunday with a phone. The manager arrived at 9 pm and took care of us, answering all our questions and reassuring us. They were extremely professional and kind. Thank you for taking care of us.

Disappointed by this first visit to the casino with dinner show. Not much variety in the types of games/machines (blackjack on a machine?), the samurai cocktails weren't great, the dinner wasn't great with undrinkable wine, fortunately the Out of Time show was very good.

Super prestation de Nine la chanteuse 🌟🎶🌟 samedi soir au Casino Barrière : une voix sublime, à la fois profonde et légère, et une chanteuse très gentille et souriante. Un vrai moment de plaisir 💖💖💖 que du bonheur 🎶💟🎶 dans un contexte comme aujourd'hui, ces moments sont des instants importants pour notre esprit et notre mental. On espère vous entendre très vite 🌿

Been there 3 times, very difficult getting a player card. Need your passport. Finally got players card and phone app was told thats all I need next time. Went yesterday with phone and App and was denied entry. Was told I needed to see the help desk and confirm something Help desk required passport even though I have app on phone that shows I've been there and played previously. Just kept being told its the law. They needed my passport previously to set up app and players card originally. Ended up having to drive a hour back home. Just ridiculous after being told I wouldn't need my passport again.

This is the worst casino I have ever been to! The food was awful and the place looks like a drab and old 80s function hall in desperate need of updating then when we tried to go and actually gamble we were told that we needed our passports physically with us to enter the actual casino, no other form of ID is accepted and we left very disappointed!

We came for a concert to the nice theatre here. As visitors from outside France, we were not accepted in the casino without our passport, that we did not have with us. The photo IDs that we presented or a copy of our passports were insufficient. We wanted to have a drink before the show, and we could not, as the bar is in the casino and we were not allowed in. The cafe brasserie would not serve drinks without food. So here we were, two Canadians at 70, rejected from all these casino places. Luckily the concert was good! Some rules do not make much sense...
