As a former loyal customer of this establishment, I used to come regularly, especially for Elsa's exceptional service. Since her departure, I haven't been back for several months. Her professionalism, speed, and ability to anticipate needs clearly made all the difference. We'd barely sat down before our routines were known, our drinks already being prepared. This level of service is extremely rare these days. I recently learned from a friend that Mr. Leroy told him he had fired her. The fact that this was discussed openly with customers deeply shocked me. Beyond the surprise, this situation raises questions. Several regulars I've spoken with share this same feeling. When an establishment deprives itself of such a high level of service, it inevitably leads to reflection on how certain decisions are made. I'm not alone: several regulars share the same bewilderment. It's difficult to understand why an establishment would part ways with an employee unanimously recognized for her diligence and professionalism. This inevitably raises questions about how employees are treated and the management's choices. For me, this clearly influenced my decision not to return. And judging from conversations I've had with other customers, I'm not alone.

The short-haired woman who was working as a dealer and supervisor on July 18, 2022, at approximately 11:45 p.m. attempted to extort money from me at an ultimate poker table. She tried to extort money from me through intimidation and blackmail. Having refused her heavy requests for tips due to her uncommon rudeness, she told me that refusing to thank the staff financially would result in my losing the table games. She giggled proudly every time I lost a hand and rejoiced with her colleague who dealt me cards. The dealer and supervisor in question repeatedly demanded money, and when I refused, they argued for a while, and made it clear that I had to tip to continue playing properly. Once I lost all my money, she told me that I had it coming and that it would have happened differently if I had given the staff money. I will never set foot in this sinister club again, legitimately deserted by the customers.
