I played Texas Hold'em poker, it was great. The stakes were high in the other games, which adds quality to the casino. There weren't many idle people around. The chef was a high-quality French gentleman. Greetings from Baden-Baden. I hope to see you again next year.

Discrimination against Chinese guests. I have PDF version of titre de séjour which is valid till 2028. The black girl ( receptionist ) said I have to print out even if they just want to scan the QR code and they wouldn’t keep the paper. It’s super stupid. Then 2 other stuffs said it’s ok to log in on entranger en france to show their my decision favorable of titre de séjour. Then they asked me to go out and print with really bad attitude. We planned to play and have dinner there, while I will just translate for my friends. But they ruined everything. While I went out for printing, my friends all decided to leave. Super bad casino. Worst experience. Really bad services. discrimination towards foreigners. Please don’t go there.

I just left there having visited for the first time. Be prepared to have both your driver’s license and passport if you aren't from France. After retrieving my passport from the hotel and signing in (takes some time), I ordered a drink and put my name on the list. It is Friday night at 9 pm and I am 10th on the list. There are only 2 tables full and the floor manager told me they will not be brining in another dealer for the night. There were more managers, servers, security than there were dealers. I sat and waited for about an hour and went to get another drink. The bartender told me they only allow 1 drink per person each 1.5 hours. I had to laugh and I left. On the positive side, the place is beautiful. It has the feeling like you are part of a high-end club.

Awful. Said we needed passports and passport cards would not permit. Also told us that we needed to wear dress shoes. Spent the 40 euros going back to our hotel to get said items but when we returned, they would not allow entry because they said we were "too drunk". We explained that we had not gone anywhere other than to the 20 minutes back and forth to our hotel, but they did not seem to care and said our kind was not welcome. When we tried to understand or ask what they meant because they were the ones who told us what we needed, they said just is what it is. Do not bother coming here. It is a horrible establishment meant to get you to spend money to travel there and never let you in.

Food is great and very expensive. If you ask water they just drop you Evian ( 6 euros) and always ask for tap water . That is a bit rip off I guess. Food is good . We loved the Pasta with ham and truffle . Detox salad was very tasty. Always try the Burgundy snails. So yummy.

My friends and I visited the Club a few weeks ago and had one of the best times I've ever had at a casino. We were pretty intimidated at first, but the manager was very kind and super helpful. After getting our memberships, we had a blast playing blackjack. The dealers were nice and I ended up hitting three 7's and nearly winning 36,000 Euro but walked out with around 1600 Euro. Will definitely be back. Would love to spend more time and play some poker next time around.
