J’ai voulu retirer avec ma carte dans une borne qui met de l’argent sur un ticket , le paiement a été refusé mais j’ai bien payé la somme de 40 euro sur mon compte , on m’a dit que j’allais être remboursé sous 48h or je n’ai toujours rien eu , je sais pas quoi faire et j’habite pas à côté

Honestly, I miss the old Casino; it's become too big, and since they moved the slot machines to the concert hall, I haven't set foot in Saint-Amant. Many people suffer from agoraphobia, and I think they should have considered this issue and put some of the machines in smaller spaces or spread them out across several rooms. I'm disappointed by this enormous hall; I can't even get in, and I'm not the only one. It's a shame; it was better before. They're aiming too high, and it's not as welcoming anymore. That's it for me; I'm going somewhere else.

Well, it's actually very very bad. Tried to Winn anything...totally los of 2000 Euro's. It's our own fault. We lost like 34000 in 6 visits. I would never recommend this Casino. For Google...I HAVE PROOF THAT I have been to this casino to day...I actually payed for two coffee with my bank account card!!!

it’s nice hotel with casino , not too crowded , really friendly staff , wonderful ambiance , fantastic food in the brasserie , I can’t say it’s the best hotel but couldn’t ask for more .

Nice place only downside is they dont even speak a little bit english, which can be troubling at times. But apart from that its a great place to visit and the staff is very friendly

I bought one beer and was sitting down writing a WhatsApp Message. Somebody did hit the glass in the meantime and it did fall to the floor. The guys in black suits did not believe me that this was not my fault. So they where escorting me out in an unfriendly manner Don't know what would I should comment on that. I speak French, Foreigners will be lost... Don't go there....the black suits are only french speaking and are too mighty even when you don't do a mistake.
