The worst place. The staff are unfriendly and rude. They look down on customers and think they're superior. They speak rudely from the start. The same goes for the bar. And the dealers have instructions to speed up the games (to stress customers and make them lose as much money as possible), even if you ask them to slow down a bit, the dealer replies: "Those are management's instructions." In short, they mistreat customers everywhere. It's the worst casino.

Worst casino in France! Avoid at all costs. Entry fee (€18) + paid parking. The entrance fee includes a disgusting punch. The dealer is barely friendly, and the place is so crowded you can't even move around. I won't even go into the cleanliness of the toilets... The clientele is so dense you feel like you're in a housing project; you could wear Lacoste sneakers and it would be perfectly acceptable. Honestly, Barrière casinos are getting worse and worse...

Cliente depuis plusieurs décennie du casino d’Enghien les Bains, je ne peux malheureusement que constater la différence de traitement qu’il existe entre les clients. Tout dabord, certains, malgré une absence de statut « Carte Black», bénéficient de tous les avantages (séances de spa, repas au restaurant, nuits d’hôtel gratuites…) sous prétexte d’emmener des joueurs qui ne sont même pas de « vraies baleines ». Il n’y a aucune reconnaissance pour des joueurs fidèles, au contraire, un certain dédain est même affiché par quelques membres du personnel, comme si laisser 1 à 100 fois son salaire annuel au casino est considéré comme insignifiant. Quand aux machines à sous, il serait souhaitable que la MCD blonde, "Miss Barbie"cesse également de préviligier ses "favoris" et "intimes" au détriement des autres clients que l'on traite tel un "moins que rien"... Tout client qui effectue une file d'attente pour du change d'argent doit avoir le droit à son respect au même titre que ceux qu’elle fait passer devant tout le monde pour encaisser des gains. Peut-être serait-il souhaitable que des enquêtes internes soient effectuées afin que l'ensemble de la direction cesse d'oublier que nous, joueurs et clients fidèles, même à petite échelle, contribuons au développement du CA mais également aux salaires et primes... Par ailleurs, il est étrange qu'il n'y ai pas de QR code de satisfaction présents au casino sauf s'ils sont distribués aux personnes dont ils sont sûr qu’ils en récolteront uniquement les meilleurs avis... En discutant avec d’autres clients, beaucoup ont le même ressenti que moi et n’attendent qu’une chose, l’ouverture du prochain casino Partouche quand bien même il ne sera pas équipé de roulettes et machines à sous...

A very disappointing experience at the bar. I ordered a Negroni and three planters punches. To my surprise, the bartender asked me what a Negroni was… and then his recipe. It was clear he was just learning the ropes, which is quite worrying for an establishment of this caliber. Meanwhile, his colleague was busy cleaning surfaces instead of helping him, while a line of customers was starting to form. The service was slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. For €15 cocktails, one expects a completely different level of skill and service. Very disappointed.

Despite the entrance fee, there's a glaring lack of staff, and those who are there are clearly poorly trained. To get a coffee, you have to queue at the bar, and it's served in a cardboard cup... no sitting down and ordering a drink is allowed. The casino is extremely noisy, and the staff are indifferent, making you wait while chatting or doing other things. Absolutely avoid this place!

For the first time in my life I went to a casino where the entrance fee was, 18 euros.)) It was 3:00 am, and then the security guards came at 4:00 am and said that the casino was closing and closed it.)) There was also this old, curly-haired barmen. He only poured drinks for french people. And he told us that the alcohol had run out an hour ago, even though there were plenty of bottles in the bar. Overall, a complete disappointment!

Been to casinos all around the globe. Racists, didn’t let me in cause I am non-french white! 2 hours route from paris! Helluva nice! Good luck france!

what ？ I wearing the same clothes as usual, today ur staffs prevented me entry, every week I spend 10 thousand euro for fun in ur place. Ur demand of dress code make every body confused. Ridicules, I don not commend. Some one thinks they are the same as Las Vegas or Macao, but they are just the bouffon. Speechless
