The amount of funds we spend as citizens of Winnipeg and tonight was our first night under the general management on duty of Jeff, that they close down regular operations hours illegally to do their monthly inventory count without proper announcement. They shut down public alcohol beverage operations half an hour early, the manager on duty or person in charge screamed at us they shut down service and they wouldn’t be taking any further orders even after the person in contact had asked us already which drinks we ordered, thereafter our ordered were denied so then when we asked for a GM we were provided with a Acting GM, he was very pompous about our concern like our funds paid his wages happily. No customer service or customer concern, literally no eye contact. If you expect to come here for a fun time with service expect it to be cut short at month end without announcement, then to met with a pompous acting general manager by the name of Jeff at night like your money is his to own and your voice and concerns on anything do not matter to the casinos of Winnipeg

Took my 83 year old mother in law for our once a week outing. Went to one of the older machine and won a bonus. Won a little but did not lose my house:) lots of machine to play but the "pay out" is not that great. Keep in mind that you just need to set your amount and play!

It's neat. Lots of games, a wide variety of games and opportunities to win/lose, the place looks like its mashed 4 or 5 different themes together so its a little visually inconsistent. The main downstairs atrium area looks cool, old, although if you're older, I'd avoid that staircase-its straight out of a Jackie Chan film (Project A), but its far more steep. You could definitely do sone damage taking a tumble on this bad boy. The staff seemed helpful and friendly, though we didn't rely on them. I didn't see all there was to see, and I missed out on the food and several key things-to-do there. While I prefer one of the other spots, I still do recommend checking out Mcphillips. Just beware of the staircase. **NOTE** on IG and FB, there is advertisement running that is impostering Mcphillips, and its trying to trick users into providing their info. This isn't their responsibility of course, but surely there has to be something they can do to issue a cease and desist. This doesnt affect my view of the establishment but it does need to be addressed and the right channels should be notified; specifically the police.

I go to this Casino with my parents whenever I am in town. They like going there so sharing their interest is fun and time flies. Be sure to get a club card as you get points and could apply them to items in gift shop and restaurant. I have eaten at the bar a few times and they do not disappoint. What’s good? The Chicken Fingers, Wings, Burgers, Fish and Chips and the Ribs. I think on the weekends they have a live band and the turn out is pretty good and looks like many were having a good time. No issues with the parking options, you have the handicapped parking, the large outside lot or the parking garage. Staff are amazing. Pics of my favourite game, I was trying for the jackpot but no luck on this visit. Overall - good times with my parents. See you next time! Bonus: 3MFishball Restaurant (Filipino) is across the street. Reviews are mixed so I leave that with you to decide.

For our first time visiting here, we decided to ring in the new year and have some fun. The atmosphere was exciting - great music, lots of smiling and laughing people, decorations, party favors were handed out, and there were a couple of new year photo opt booth set-ups available. The entire place was decorated, and a live DJ on stage who did the countdown. The staff were all friendly, professional, and very respectful. There are plenty of services available - restaurant areas, bar areas, a McDonald's, gift shop, coat check, ATMs, washrooms, etc. There was plenty of parking; however, be prepared to walk a wee bit, so dress accordingly. As for the games, my goodness - lots of machines all over the place, BINGO area, tables area, etc. We will definitely plan on visiting again. An excellent first-time visit.
