Stayed in a deluxe king room and the Bed was so hard I might as well have slept on the floor or the ground outside. $269 a night and no complimentary breakfast is diabolical. What a rip off all because the Casino is there. Won’t be staying there again.

I had the 10oz ribeye and my fiancé had the seared salmon, was delicious. We also had their waffle sweet potato fries, onion rings and Caesar salad, those were on point as well! It was pretty busy that night and was told 25-30 minute wait for a table so we decided to eat at the bar instead and the gentlemen serving were friendly! Quick! And fantastic!

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is nice. However, it was quite noisy until around 10 p.m., which is late when traveling with young children. The large shower looked beautiful but had very poor water pressure and sprayed in different directions, which was disappointing. Parking was also a bit confusing and resulted in our vehicle being towed early in the morning, which made for a stressful start to the day. Clearer signage around parking would help avoid situations like this.

Truly caring staff members MERCi The food was absolutely great and the buffet had so many delicious options. I especially want to highlight one staff member — I hope I’m spelling his name correctly “GURAAN” (I’m so sorry if it’s wrong). Yesterday I took some pasta sauce that contained pork, and since we don’t eat pork, that would have been a big mistake for me. He noticed and kindly came over to ask if I eat pork, then informed me that the sauce contained it. He truly saved me from making a big sin, and I am so, so grateful for his thoughtfulness and care. It meant a lot to me that he paid attention and went out of his way to make sure I was aware. That level of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you again for the one of the best service I had. Best wishes to him and the whole team — and Happy Ramadan! 🌙

Fantastic location. Very beautiful view of the mountain. Never a boring moment visiting this place. Lots of fun in and around the hotel. The buffet service is fantastic with various options to choose from. Turning round the casino room is another fun on its own. I also like the fact that they have lots of parking space. Can't wait to return with my wife next time.

Je suis extremement decue… I went to Casino for the show and decided to try their buffet having heard it was supposed to be good. Malheureusement, my experience was nothing like I expected. The food was completely bland and lacked any real flavor. Almost everything was baked, which can be fine, but the taste and freshness were terrible—it all looked very unappetizing, almost like a hospital meal(maybe add some good herbs and spices). Rien de frais, rien d’invitant. The worst part happened when I took a slice of steak from this server. To my horror,there was a short black hair on it . When I showed the server, he simply took the plate back and told me to get a new one - without even apologizing. So rude, très impoli. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and care from a place like this. I forgot to take a picture of my plate at the time, but I am posting a photo I found from a video I had recorded because I was initially excited to try the buffet. But in reality… it was sooo disappointing. Je me sens vraiment frustrée et j’ai perdu mon argent pour rien. My husband keeps teasing me, saying: “You were the one who wanted to try the buffet, and you paid 31+ tax dollars for very good service… and a hair haha.” Haha, unfortunately, he’s not wrong. I cannot recommend this buffet to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere. Vraiment, avoid it.
