They're lagging behind when it comes to roulette jackpots. The family games haven't kept up with Circus and Golden, which is a real shame because it was my favorite place to go. Now I have to go to the competition more often...

I've been several times, but was disappointed the last time. I had to wait 15 minutes for a drink at the bar with only one other customer in the room. We waited at the bar, but the cashier never came. Disappointed with the service.

I've been to this place twice, and after reading the reviews, I don't understand all the negativity. The first time, we were welcomed with a slice of pizza, drinks are always unlimited (except for certain ones), and ice cream for dessert. I ended up winning €15 by playing it safe. The second time, I bet €15 and lost quite quickly before winning a little. In the end, I neither won nor lost. I simply got back what I had wagered. However, I did chat with someone there and had a good time. Gambling is gambling, and if I had lost, it wouldn't have been a big deal as long as I had a good time, and the staff is there to make sure of that. So, for me, it's a great place, whether you're alone or with others.

Just so you know, for those complaining about the bar service, some drinks are free and others cost just a few cents. It's not a bar or a café, it's a gaming hall. You're getting it all mixed up. It's a bonus for the players, so I can understand the staff having to serve a whole group of young people who are clearly coming back from a night out and end up at Family to get free food and drinks by putting barely €5 in a machine, just to say... "Hey, we played, we have the right to bother the staff at 3 a.m. and ask for loads of coffee and soup too, and not finish our drinks and ask for more, after all, we're not paying!" Besides, it's still a business! If you put a bill in a machine, it's very likely you won't get your money back! That's pretty logical; if everyone won all the time, the business would go out of business! Otherwise, pleasant staff, beautiful room, friendly atmosphere
