Rampart Casino, located within the luxurious Resort at Summerlin, offers a comprehensive entertainment experience, distinct from the bustling Las Vegas Strip. Established as a local favorite, it provides a relaxed atmosphere for residents and visitors seeking a more intimate setting. The casino is integrated into a larger resort, which includes hotel accommodations, a golf course, and a spa, offering a multifaceted leisure destination.
The gaming floor at Rampart Casino features a diverse selection of options designed to cater to various preferences. Patrons can explore hundreds of slot machines, ranging from classic reels to modern video slots with progressive jackpots. For those who prefer strategic play, the casino offers a variety of table games, including blackjack, craps, roulette, and baccarat. A dedicated poker room hosts daily tournaments and cash games, attracting both novice and experienced players.
Beyond the primary gaming options, Rampart Casino also includes a race and sports book, where guests can wager on their favorite teams and live sporting events. The facility provides comfortable seating, multiple screens for viewing, and real-time odds. For players looking for a more personalized experience, high-limit areas are available, offering exclusive service and higher stakes.
The atmosphere at Rampart Casino is notably more subdued and welcoming compared to the larger, more flamboyant casinos on the Strip. Its design incorporates elements of natural light and open space, creating an inviting environment. The casino frequently hosts live entertainment, including musical performances and special events, contributing to a vibrant social scene without the overwhelming crowds often found elsewhere in Las Vegas. Guests can enjoy a casual evening out or a full resort stay with all the amenities.
Dining at Rampart Casino is a significant part of the overall experience, with several acclaimed restaurants on-site. These range from fine dining establishments offering gourmet cuisine to more casual eateries perfect for a quick bite. Options often include steakhouses, sushi bars, and cafes, ensuring a selection to satisfy diverse tastes. Many of these restaurants are celebrated for their quality and service, drawing diners even independently of the casino.
Situated in the affluent Summerlin community, the casino's location is a key advantage for those seeking to avoid the congestion of downtown Las Vegas. It is easily accessible from various parts of the city and offers ample free parking. Being part of The Resort at Summerlin means guests have access to additional amenities such as swimming pools, a fitness center, and a golf course, enhancing the overall leisure experience. This integration allows visitors to enjoy a comprehensive vacation without ever needing to leave the property.
For visitors new to the area, it is advisable to consider joining the casino's loyalty program, often referred to as a player's club. These programs typically offer points for gaming activity, which can be redeemed for free play, dining credits, resort stays, and various other perks. Familiarizing oneself with the layout of the casino and the resort upon arrival can also enhance the experience, allowing for seamless navigation between gaming, dining, and other amenities.
As with all casinos in Nevada, Rampart Casino operates under stringent state regulations overseen by the Nevada Gaming Control Board. These regulations ensure fair play, responsible gaming practices, and financial integrity. The casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming, providing resources and support for individuals who may require assistance. This regulatory framework contributes to a secure and trustworthy environment for all patrons visiting the establishment.
