Last night myself and my friends were going to go into this casino but were confronted by a very hostile doorman. If we were being obnoxious or rowdy then you'd expect not to be allowed in, my friend and I were speaking between ourselves and this doorman confronted us very abruptly and made us feel very unwelcome. I don't expect to be treated like this. I am very unhappy and will not be going back

Very disappointed. Came down from newbury for a change of venue. Parked in an unlit carpark full of potholes. Checked in fine after a particularly unwelcome growl from the doorman ( what happened to the old welcome and door open concierge) went to the bar and struggled to get a 0%abv drink. The sitting area was comfy but no real atmosphere as isolated. Food was not impressive. A sharing platter at £11 was 6 chicken strips and a bit of sauce ( garnish, crisps?). On the plus side. The bar staff were very pleasant and cheery so 5* there. We left and didnt go on tables. Very disappointed. Wasnt worth driving an hour each way

Do not spend money here! Me and another player spend 700 between us and not even hit a single bonus. 1 particular playing next to us kept hitting every £10.she kept leaving and returning to the same machine but also fixated on how much me and this other lady was spending. Suspicious money laundering behaviour and clear machine manipulation by casino. When I raised a complaint about fair gaming and their RTP but also the suspicious game play from another player. I was told it all depends on how much that person has spent. Then when I spoke to another manager he then rudely kept trying to shut down the conversation and didn't want to listen to my complaint! He denied what the other manager said to be true. Seems very suspicious to me. If you want to be robbed of your money make sure you go here otherwise stay clear at all costs! Have reported to gambling commission to be investigated too as there is foul play at hand.

Disappointing now as they've taken away the entertainment and fill the place with slot machines and the usual roulette tables and blackjack. Completely lost its atmosphere
