Really poor poker (Turnament) experience overall. Players were openly talking on their phones during hands and the rules were not being enforced properly. In one important hand, there were still four players involved. I made a 3-bet and the button folded out of turn even though there were still two players left to act before him. No action was taken by the dealer or the floor staff, which is not acceptable in such an important spot. There was also far too much talking in other languages at the table, including dealers speaking another language with certain players during the game. It made the whole atmosphere feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, this was the worst poker experience I have had and it completely ruined my enjoyment of the game.

Absolutely terrible experience. I parked at the Grosvenor Casino car park not realising you needed to register your number plate inside. There's no clear signage explaining what you need to do when you pull in, and before I knew it a £60 fine landed on my doormat. You'd think a car park attached to a casino — a place that wants you to come in and spend money — would make the parking process straightforward. Instead, the whole setup feels like it's designed to catch people out. No obvious instructions, no warning, just a penalty charge. I'm clearly not the only one this has happened to either. If you're thinking of parking here, make sure you register your plate or you'll be paying for the privilege long after you've left. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I'm a regular customer here and got a fine for using there car park after asking staff to please review the fine and please amend as I am a loyal customer basically got told no they don't value regular customer bit of a joke really I won't be returning

Obviously decent when you're winning. But even if lady luck isn't with you. The staff are great. Plenty of gaming tables and slots.

Is different to most casinos as more relaxed but if you want to get to a table and fancy a chat and dont want loud noises and enjoy spending time relaxing with no pressure then this is place for you is great and bar is nice. Staff are friendly and know what they are doing and chips are like brand new which if u gone to a Casino before you love the feeling of a clean new chip in your hand. Has good entertainment on all time also.
