We came as a group of 10 to watch the match and have a few drinks. When we arrived there were no seats available, so we waited for a few minutes hoping some would free up. Within five minutes on arrival , a security staff member approached us and told us we needed to buy drinks because we were a large group. The way it was said felt rude and made us feel singled out and uncomfortable. It left a bad impression and isn’t the right way to treat customers rather find us some where to be seated and then ask if we need something to drink in a better way. The security should really need to learn how to communicate and warmly welcome their customers.

Genting Casino Sheffield is one of if not the best casino in the Midlands area. Staff are always friendly and cheerful. Management team headed up by Simon always happy to have a chat and make your experience more enjoyable. From the first step through the doors to the time you leave you feel very welcome and we'll looked after. The food is amazing (I recommend the Philly Steak loaded fries or the pizza) drinks are reasonably priced. The service staff are on hand to serve you your refreshments pretty much whenever the need arises. Dealers are friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable. Cannot fault the whole experience. Only casino I shall be visiting for a while.

I have been visiting this casino for many years and have always found the atmosphere and staff excellent. Have visited many gentings over the years also and none really compare to sheffield. It is great to see Simon the general manager back he goes out of his way to improve customer experience

Dear Genting Casino Sheffield Team, I am writing to report an unpleasant experience I had with one of your staff members at the cash-out counter. The staff member (the man who has coloured hair) was very rude to me during my cash-out. He threw the money and the car park card toward me instead of handing them properly. He also paid all my winnings using only £5 and £10 notes. When I politely asked if he could pay with larger notes, he ignored my request and said, “Do you want to cash out or not?” In addition, he didn’t process my car park card correctly. I had to go upstairs to the 3rd floor to find out that the card hadn’t been paid, so I had to return to get it sorted out. When I went back, he again threw the car park card at me instead of handing it properly and did not apologise for the inconvenience. I found his attitude and behaviour very unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope you will look into this matter and remind your staff about proper customer service standards.
