I have visited this casino a couple of times now as they are one of the few places you can play cash poker for reasonable stakes. The staff were all very polite and the dealers very professional. There is also a very large gaming floor with all the regular casino bank games and a separate slots area that I didn't personality visit. Can't wait to come back!

I enjoy coming here every now and again as my boyfriend enjoys playing blackjack. Don’t normally feel compelled to review these kinds of places but I really feel as though Kirkby deserves a special mention. She is a credit to the bar team , so so friendly and accommodating. Rest of the bar members were too deep in chat to serve me the second time I went to the bar it seemed !! The younger lad (unsure of his name) on one of the blackjack tables this evening was lovely to converse with too so a nice evening had been had !

Spent around £10,000 in one night and received terrible service. Most dealers were slow and couldn't handle big bets, with several incorrect payouts. Supervisors were rude! One dealer, Peter, was openly disrespectful! Disgusting behaviour! No basic manners and customer service! Food service was poor - wrong order and freezing cold replacement. Only one dealer was nice and professional. Won't be returning! Don’t recommend it, miserable environment. To the manager who dealt with our complaint at the end, thank you for understanding.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Jolita who worked with the restaurant and bar in there. she was freindly, patient, had a sense of humour and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the food and drinks. Shes an asset to any company will definately want for her efforts to not go unrecognised. Meeting jolita was the best part of our night 👍👍👍

One my best Casinos Manchester nice food the munch is really nice here and didn’t lost this place looks good now and smells really nice and the restaurant looks nice and food was nice had today on the local area city Centre of Manchester Portland Street and everything is local bars, clubs restaurants hotels everything is local area I definitely recommend this for a meal or a drink or chill out please socialising place. It’s not all about gambling. I like to socialise. Have a nice meal or a brew or something. I don’t drink alcohol but still have fun and they’ve got a karaoke machine as well that you can have a venue as well.
