I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Admiral Casino Manchester. Over time I have lost a significant amount of money here, and when I returned during a very difficult period financially, I did not feel treated with understanding or respect. Being told to “play today or leave” while already feeling financially broken was deeply upsetting and humiliating. In moments like that, compassion matters. I believe venues like this should take customer wellbeing more seriously, especially when someone is clearly struggling. I left feeling despondent and unsupported.

I visited Admiral Casino Piccadilly Gardens and quickly saw how losses spiral. People were pouring rent money into machines that are built to keep you chasing what you’ve lost. I even had to request a self‑ban I caused so that I have an excuse to get banned from, which I’m grateful for it was the only way to step back. The atmosphere felt heavy, with flashing lights masking sadness. Staff seemed under pressure, with little support. This isn’t a place for enjoyment or dignity. If you value your money, your family, or your peace of mind, avoid it. Admiral runs hundreds of these venues across the UK, but the reality is clear: they don’t sell fun, they sell loss.
