My experience at Palm Beach Casino was extremely disappointing. I was playing normally, and as soon as I started winning and got very close to the jackpot (I had two sevens and was about to hit the third), a dealer suddenly stopped the game and asked me to leave without any clear or valid explanation. I was told that the machine had “malfunctioned,” but this happened exactly at the moment I was about to win, which raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. No proper explanation or compensation was offered, and the staff handled the situation very unprofessionally. I definitely do NOT recommend this casino to anyone.

Outrageous drink prices (£13 for a Camden lager) and an even worse casino. The roulette table rules are by far the worst odds I’ve seen in any casino, literally donating money to the Palm.

Awful security guy who told us that the parking in front was “not free”, even though the sign clearly stated that it was free. Then he asked us to move the car because his Mercedes was supposedly “in the box”, which it clearly wasn’t. When we came back to the car, he was moving a “No Parking” cone around, probably imagining that he’s a patrol officer with some kind of legal authority. I wouldn’t be surprised if he scratches someone’s car one day just because of a parking space. 🤣

I have been to a few casinos in london so this one obviously it’s on the lower ranks of them in term of service and atmosphere. I thought will go there with a friend and try my luck for new year eve so they were charging entry fees of £50 each to get in and drinks pricey were on expensive side for a beer to be £11for a pint and £19 for a glass of wine I think it’s not worth it at all compare to the places around there which are much better and cheaper. Also there was nothing special about the new year party and not many people there plus the staffs and security guards are not very friendly.

This security guy did not let us in and ask for £50 in the new year. As l have told him l am have a membership. He could just say sorry this is a new year rule, but he was disrespectful for every single customer as he blowing clown horn on our face. He is a really Clown and he should be at the circus. I told him l will report him because he is trying to be a funny guy not to do his job. Very disappointed from London experience and racist people.

The customer service was the worst I’ve encountered, and the customer host, Megan, was particularly unprofessional and rude during my interaction. In my experience, she lacked basic courtesy and the ability to speak respectfully to a customer. I left feeling frustrated and completely dissatisfied. I won’t be returning. They couldn’t even cope with a simple roullete tournament. I arrived at 9pm sharp printed my ticket and waited patiently, to then be told at 10pm that I cannot spin. They was only letting people spin who she thinks was “worthy” of it . Absolutely ridiculous!! . A unfair and a scam of a competition. I don’t know who gave this lady so much power where she thinks she owns the casino. Her attitude was so unprofessional. WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Invited to an outstanding meal in an elegant setting. The restaurant in the Palm beach casino was a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience. The Monkfish was a highlight, perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. Don’t miss the recommended Pistachio ice cream which is creamy, and delicious. Impeccable service and a sophisticated atmosphere made for a memorable evening with a friend.
