So I’ve noticed that most of the reviews here revolve around the bar and food. This is a casino. Why are people talking about restaurants? There are so many restaurants in London. I came here to play Slots and don’t find much advice about them. I’m from the United States and I am not sure about Slots in London Except for the fact that they do not behave like the ones we have on the West Coast and in Nevada. I don’t mind losing, but I would love to have a little bit of fun doing so. These Slots don’t have any kind of return whatsoever. I tried four machines and they just keep taking your money with no bonuses being triggered whatsoever. I know it’s all about luck, but it should also be a little fun before you put all the money back into the casino. I don’t think I will be back or intend on playing slot machines in London unless someone can give me some advice. It’s all downhill and zero fun. The staff was very nice and polite.

I recently dined at your Gloucester location and wanted to provide some feedback. I am giving 3 stars solely in regards to the food. The food was excellent, clearly an improvement from previous visits and very enjoyable. I hope you can improve in different aspects, which is why I am giving this constructive feedback. However, the service was disappointing. Before we briefly stepped outside for a cigarette, we were asked to pay the bill immediately. One staff member then made a comment along the lines of “you have no idea what customers we have,” which was completely unnecessary in my opinion, given that all of us are club members, with all information on record. Some of our belongings, jackets, scarves, and hats, were left on the table, clearly showing that we were coming back. We did, of course, pay the bill as requested and returned afterwards. This happened in front of other guests and left us feeling quite uncomfortable. In my opinion, there are better ways to handle situations like this. This should be addressed so that staff can learn from the experience and make adjustments, possibly with some additional training.

Alex is an exceptional bartender. Be sure to stop by the casino bar and be blown away by his service. The casino was clean and tidy, would recommend to anyone looking to roll the dice. Alex can sling drinks in the same fashion that he can sling wit.

Shout out to Mr. Edgar! He was super helpful and positive while the rest of the staff was fairly rude. He explained the rules and was patient with us. Need more people like him! Give the man a raise.
