I’ve unfortunately decided to stop visiting this casino after an issue that, frankly, should never have escalated the way it did. I’ve recently joined several venues around Mayfair and Soho so I can drop in during lunch or after work and regularly spend up to £2,000 per day (max amount I can withdraw cash from atm). This particular casino quickly became my favourite — it’s clean, well-run, and not overcrowded. Most of the staff are polite and professional, which made it an enjoyable place to play. I mainly play roulette and, like most players, I’m fully aware the house has the edge. My visits are about the experience, not just the outcome. The issue arose over something quite minor: a drink. While complimentary drinks are offered to regular players, the policy appears to limit spirits to singles. After initially having a single, I requested a double. The croupier was accommodating and indicated it would be fine, and the drink was subsequently served. However, it later became clear that the final decision rests with the pit boss, and the request had not actually been approved at that level. I was then approached and asked to pay for the extra measure. I said the floor lady she can ask extra voucher from bitt manager. But what followed was uncomfortable — I overheard the pit boss reprimanding the floor lady who had served the drink. I offered to pay to resolve the situation, but by that point the damage was done. They said no and they were taking about something else. No customer should be put in a position where staff are being corrected in front of them over a minor issue, particularly when the confusion stems from internal miscommunication. I raised this with the manager, returned my casino card, and apologised to the staff member who was unfairly put in that position. This experience left a poor impression. It’s a shame, as this was otherwise a great venue, but situations like this make loyal customers feel undervalued. Surely some degree of discretion should be applied for regular, high-spending players.

I love coming to the Barracuda casino. The staff and the management always ensure that I'm treated well. The restaurant is also lovely with amazing food. All in all it's one of the best casinos to visit in central London.

Great refreshing experience, very positive welcoming from Mary. I was on the slots and Kevin asked me how I’m doing and what I’d like to drink, I got a lovely coffee made by Linda. Wonderful company from Barracuda today can’t wait to come back again.
