Its a nice venue for those who want to watch live sports on the screen to card games, plenty of slot machines and voluminous space for bringing friends or relative in a large space of lounge.

I’ve played here for many days and many hands on all their table games, yet none of my plays were signed up so my membership level is stuck forever on the Bronze level no matter how much I’m playing here, I never took this personal as I thought the staff responsible to record the gambling plays were always busy so that’s fine, but today was very revealing to me cos as I was leaving the casino this staff member Moreno told me “you haven’t been here for longer than an hour so I’ll cancel your log in so you won’t get any points” I thought that was ridiculous so I asked to speak to a manager, he picked up the phone and then changed his mind and put the phone back down. He then tried to change his previous message, I was laughing as i found this situation funny, he then contradictorily told me “if you’re laughing then you need to laugh outside” having previously bullied me into staying for longer and gambling more. It was such a revealing incident because now I know that the reason behind my spendings here aren’t registered for loyal points wasn’t just a mistake, but rather intentional and personal 3 star instead of 1 star because only so few of their staff are this aggressive and rude (another I can name is Ray) when the majority are super friendly and helpful souls

I had a very negative experience while waiting for my girlfriend to retrieve my card to access funds. An employee, who had a beard, approached me and stated, "If you are not playing, you can let others use the machine." While I understand the intention, I believe it would have been more appropriate to inquire about the situation before making such a statement. The interaction felt quite rude.

I’m honestly shocked to be writing this, because my two friends and I have been regulars at this restaurant for a long time and have never had an issue—until last night. While ordering, we mentioned that one of our friends has a prawn intolerance (something we’ve mentioned before without any problems). Instead of the usual helpful service, the waitress called over a colleague who came to our table and shouted at us. She told us, “You can’t eat here,” snatched the menus out of our hands, and repeatedly ordered us to leave. Her reasoning? That because one person has an intolerance, they “aren’t allowed” to serve food to any of us. We were stunned. When we calmly asked to speak to a manager, she slapped her hand to her chest and yelled, “I AM THE MANAGER,” then refused to say another word to us. The entire situation was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly humiliating. After years of coming here, this is the last thing we expected. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

5* This casino is by far the most welcoming casino I've ever been to. The security are always friendly funny and chatty. The receptionist are always lovely upon arrival. The slot host Ethan always puts a smile on my face. The croupiers are always happy and jolly unlike other places. The atmosphere and customer service is 10/10. This venue is my favourite. Customer service 10/10 Food and Drinks 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10. Would highly recommend this venue.
