For my first time going to a casino ever, the experience was generally good. My first blackjack game had an engaging and helpful dealer who explained the rules and in-depth terms such as insurance and even money which kept me and wife engaged and enjoying blackjack at a slow pace. Followed by your standard roulette experience and helpful staff. The next time we played, blackjack felt very different as we had a dealer who wasn't conversational and dealt very fast, making it feel very rushed for newer players. There also seems to be a lot of people who seem to be regulars so the vibe seems very serious but overall a decent first time casino experience.

Rude staff. I am a polyglot and was speaking Portuguese to them but they kept answering in english even though i double chucked i was saying things correctly and have no issue understanding Portuguese . Was asked if i am planning to go to their club i said yes only to wait 3 hours for it to open and be refused entry over my trousers. I get that they’re trackies but they are ver Nice expensive ones paired with a Nice corset + if you have 15 dudes for every 1 girl i don’t think you should care what i am wearing (i am a girl). Would not recommend as drinks are also way too expensive for how shit they are.

I will never go there. I was refused to enter just because I’ve asked the staff how to enter. Scan the bar code or my ID card. I can’t be more polite to enter. They said “sir, you are drunk.” Yes I had some drinks but I was far to get drunk. I will never go there. Look for other places around it. Stay away from casino.

Hi all, just had to leave this review. To be honest I read maybe 30/40 reviews left by others and come to a decision that it wasn't for me. Being from London, Being thick skinned I thought, hey I'm holiday, let's see how bad it is. Well, I was totally shocked, friendly staff, light humour, welcoming, had a great hour along with staff and locals. I'm glad I went for the experience. Obviously you can't always believe reviews left by others
